Giraffe in Swindon

The service by a member of the staff was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. When asked for simple requests she began to act weird and roll her eyes. I don’t think we are paying our hard earned money to be treated in a way a member of the staff treated me and my friends today. The food was not too bad but the service wasn’t up-to giraffes standard.

Interesting and unique restaurant that offers cuisines from around the world. Food was delicious and also decently portioned. Service was spectacular and it wasn't too crowded for a weekend lunch.

Very good burger, staff was nice and the place was very clean. Would be better to use some in-house made fries insted of frozen ones but overall quite good. The best place to eat in the Outlet area.

Ryan J is a real asset to the Swindon Giraffe team. He was so personable and friendly, not just with us but with everyone we saw him serve or interact with. We commented to a manager while we were there how good he was. A really great ambassador for Giraffe. Great service, a friendly face and the right amount of chat and attention whilst a keeping it real and natural. Well done.

First and probably last visit to this restaurant. Our table was sticky and we had to clean it ourselves. We were shocked at how poor the mains were. My mum’s fish and chips were dry and had a strange taste, hardly any fish and mostly batter. My burger was ok (although much spicier than advertised), but I wasn’t impressed with a £3 charge for only about 10 chips as a side. We also asked for bread to arrive before the meal as kids were hungry, this arrived with the meal instead.Kids menu was good at least, and only £1, so lived up to the child friendly promise. Staff were friendly. Those were the only good points, wouldn’t be back.

Fantastic food, and even better service yet again from Emma and Ryan at the Swindon outlet village restaurant. Second or third visit already this year. Brilliant care for my 4 year old daughter's dietary choices, all the food was cooked to perfection. And then delivered with care, attention and wonderful service. Will be back again soon

Food was incredible, was recommended the Swinging kebab and so glad I went with the recommendation. Service was 5* Kat was attentive and nothing was a problem for her!Emma the host was lovely. The rest of the team were great too 😊

Friendly staff, decent menu and prices as expected. Burgers were great.👍Only thing that could have been better was speed of food arrival but it was a busy lunchtime so likely doing the best they can. Would definitely go back.

We had a great time at Giraffe. The two members of staff were very attentive, funny and helpful. These meal was delicious and everything was well presented and clean. Couldn't fault anything.As a side note, my son picked sausages and he just didn't like them. He tried to eat them, but upon tasting I found them particularly strong herbwise. The flavour just overpowered the meat completely. Perhaps just a one off and he didn't want us to say anything, but please don't take this as a criticism.

Wonderful first visit to Giraffe today. The food was superb, the staff were friendly, Welcoming and attentive.The tables were clean and the whole restaurant was very tidy.The prices were reasonable, but the food was absolutely stunning.I had the rodeo burger, best chicken burger I have ever had! My partner had the ribs and they fell off the bone and were cooked to perfection.Will definitely visit again!
