JACK SPICE in Swindon

Delicious food. Fast service. Polite and friendly staff. Order for collection. Chicken Tikka masala and Naan bread was delicious. Best the town has to offer. Well done to all staff.

I have ordered quite a few times from Jack Spice. The pilau, kabab and parathas taste really good. Unfortunately all the curries look and taste the same(lots of spice and red colouring). Rezala, vindaloo, kadai are not supposed to look and taste the same. I wish you would reduce the varieties(20+) and do maybe 2/3 types of authentic curries.

I ordered two curries, both medium. One came out very mild and too sweet and the other one was so spicy that I had to add tomato paste and cream to make it edible. Every other Indian restaurant I've tried in Jax has been far better.

After having a delivery 2 hours late back in January. Thought we'd give Jack Spice another go.Unfortunately even though it was on time, the order was wrong and the price given over the phone was wrong.Standards aren't what they used to be. We won't be ordering again!

Always an issue with delivery. Always late by at least an hour and often items missing. Consistency with the delivered food is always a guessing game. Either things missing or wrong items delivered. Used to be a great place to order from but the past 18 months it's gone completely to pot

Usually I love jack spice. Best Indian in Swindon hands down. However ordered tonight. Naan bread was missing, poppadom sauce was missing, and food was cold. When I called I complain I was told they are closed and there is nothing they can do. They stated they could give me something free next time but it's not free cause I've paid for it. Very disappointed

We have been buying takeaways from Jack Spice for a year. We have always been very impressed with the food so yesterday when we bought a vegetable main meal and a prawn meal we were very disappointed to find we couldent eat it as so much salt had been added.I am sure it was an accident,but its a let down when you end up cooking for yourself.

Been here twice now and both times really lovely and authentic. The atmosphere is inviting super friendly and everyone each time said the food was delicious!

Amazing food! The menu have a several options including vegetarian options . It really tasted good. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is amazing, catering to all dietary requirements and providing an exceptional curry full of good quality ingredients.I’ve been going jack spice for quite a while now and tonight I was blown away, asked for no dairy which they contacted me and catered extremely well for. Also asked for slightly sweeter than usual and it was PERFECT. It was genuinely the best dhansak I’ve ever had from an Indian takeaway.Thank you so much!
