Kfc in Swindon

Had to wait for more chicken to be cooked, not a problem. Some of the order was missing, however, the staff quickly brought it to us, plus some extra chips as an apology. Well cooked, hot and delicious. Always like KFC, never disappointed. Very clean, busy but not long waiting, will visit again

Fresh and modern KFC restaurant, sort of average food. The staff here seem to be a little clumsy and forgetful - occasionally missing bits off orders. I mean, pay peanuts, get monkeys and all.

The food was pretty standard from KFC, which is good of course. There were 3 total employees in the store, who weren't very professional - constantly stopping to chat about non-work related things while people were waiting at the drive-thru and we were waiting. We placed three orders that night, and one of them took about 10,15 minutes longer to come even though they were relatively the same amount of food.

Ordered a wrap. Was quite flat with very little salad in. Was given 2 thighs rather than a mix. Will remember to specifically ask for a drumstick next time. But it's KFC, it's almost always what you're expecting.

Ordered food at 5.45pm told there was a delay on delivery. One hour later the food arrived COLD.Spoke to uber said they just deliver when contacted.Can't get through to kfc phones rings or cuts off.Spoiled a sat night treat!

Order never showed up despite a wait of over 90 minutes. Restaurant refused to answer phone and we were forced to cancel order. Second awful experience in six months from the same restaurant - avoid this KFC at all costs!

Very good, but it could be brilliant if the seating is made to at least for average size people. It's too low and you have to bend too low to eat. The food was great but did not enjoy it due to the dinning settings

If you like raw chicken order from this kfc, refused to send me another order as it was ordered through uber eats and expected me to leave work to take it back. I explained I ordered by delivery for a reason and that I couldn't leave work. Appalling customer service, will never order or use kfc again.

Absolute chaos! No organisation, no social distancing measures followed throughout, delivery drivers pushing past customers. stale burger buns, barely any salad apart from a couple bits of limp lettuce on burger, cold sweetcorn, no salt or napkins given. Self service out of paper, no receipts printed. The most disappointing meal ever!

Food was as expected but wish we'd have gone through the drive thru as inside was a total disgrace. Food and wrappers everywhere. Half of the restaurant was closed off and the other half not one single table clean and no one cleaning anything in the 45 minutes we were there. KFC is not somewhere I very often go and won't be going again. You spend £20 on food and expected to eat it like a tramp.
