Every time I order they never get it right. Last order 4 x Creamy Mash. I got 4 x Con in the Cob absolute shambles. Not impressed with the food and the service.

I ordered a rice box and didn’t get the chicken filet which supposed to come with it.And I’m not getting a refund. This is daylight robbery by a chicken. Thanks for nothing KFC.

Great food I love it. Only problem I have with the actual shop is there are now to many delivery drivers who now and then seem to get priority plus they take up practically all the parking spaces in the near-by car park with other take away shops aswell parking can be difficult at busy times.

I had an experience of picking up some orders for Deliveroo and UberEats and JustEat and must say their staff neither greet nor reply for the greetings. They fail to understand that Delivery partners also represent customers and deserve the everything the director customers get. Staffs must be trained on such skills.

My daughter ordered from here over a week ago for my grand daughters 6th Birthday party.Total excitement as the tracking app showed the food on its way.Total disappointment as a message cancelling the order after the delivery time.Absolutely awful service and ruined a 6 year old child's birthday.I hope you are proud of yourselves.

Scheduled a delivery for my daughters birthday party this afternoon. Should have been here from 4.30, but kept getting delayed, then got cancelled just after 5pm when the food was apparently on the way.Had family and friends over, waiting for kfc, chosen specifically for those who have allergies and intollerences. Spent my evening waiting for food that didn't come, then ignoring guests for a period so they didn't all go home hungry and I could make sure that everyone had something that was okay for them and their dietary requirements. Never ordering from here again!! Certainly can't recommend anyone else does.

I ordered trilogy box meal. Everything was good then I opened the chicken burger and it was pink I literally threw up after. Tried to call and no one picked up the phone. Absolutely disgusting.
