Marks & Spencer Cafe Swindon in Swindon

Had a great experience being served by Maria L. We were struggling with the size of the garment but she readily offered to help us by ordering the required size online. Really appreciate the efforts of this lovely lady. Cheers!!!

Please keep your opening time listings correct so we don't waste our time trekking out to the town centre when it's closed 🙄

Limited stock probably due to Covid. Lingerie section provided exactly what I needed. They don't appear to sell men's suits any longer 🤷... Shop clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Nice wide isles always fresh food. Vegetables bread. Selection of wine beer. Nice cafe clothes shoes ect

When.booking a bra fitting in the swindon town centre M&S make sure you ask for Nancy. She is so professional and knowledgeable. In the many many years of wearing and buying bras I have never had such a positive bra fitting as I received today. Thank you Nancy I hope you get some recognition that you deserve.

Love my Mark's and Spencer's! Always have, always will. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the food and clothing. Like the layout of the store, and can't wait for Christmas food to be available to order.

Was able to exchange some inner garments. No questions asked. The food section is adequately stocked, good stuff, a little on d higher side, but high quality branded stuff.

Totally disappointed with M&S Swindon service very slow, all tables dirt asked for ours to be cleaned twice, no cutlery. Staff doesn't appear to have one speed. Food warm. Would NOT recommend. Sadly we will not be going back there again :(

I love to get food from here. The only place in town that I can get frozen runner beans from. Products are first class, sausages scrumptious and there bakery section is second to none. They do not have the biggest stock but what they do have is always first class. Staff are brilliant and we always have a please to shopping experience here.

I am in here a lot and want to shop here but they seem to have a lot of stock issues in women's and kids' clothes. I'll see something I like but they don't have it in the size I need. I'll keep checking but they never ever get more sizes/stock. I know I could order online but I might prefer to try something on first. I'm starting to wonder if someone is doing this on purpose so the store has poor sales and online sales go up so they can justify closing more stores. There is also a huge disparity between this store and online, many items in this store don't even exist online! Similar stock issues in the food dept sometimes.
