McDonald's in Swindon

Can never get an order right, multiple occasions missed out items when we passed through the drive-through. Redeeming feature is the pleasant enough staff.

Nice big MD's with nice eating areas and very clean. Drive through is pretty quick but be careful the coffee can be very hot.

We got most of our order but had to chase up two missing items. The gents toilet had both toilets with the seats broken or missing and were dirty, not great if you were a dad on his own with their child

They don’t even deserve one star that being generous.I don’t expect to pay over £40 for my food order to turn up with open chicken burgers not wrapped properly and double chesse burgers to be squashed and opened aswell .The McFlurry’s was melted there was sauce pot in the flurry let alone the other food to be absolutely freZzing cold when arrived as for the chicken nuggets I got a 20 box to only have 16 the box was opened on that aswell .Your a disgusting fast food place and who ever done are order needs to be sacked or re trAining how to respect other people orders when dealing and wrapping this is absolutely filthy and no one should have to expect this .🤢😡

Take away wrong drink order two lattes one was caramel latte which tasted disgusting. All three hash brown were stuck to paper inedible. Double bacon burger had to reassemble.

What an awful experience.Gone are the days you could walk in, order and eat, this business is now all about delivery orders.There is no advantage in ordering on the app, your order is only sent through once you get there, in the meantime you have to hag around with a dozen sweaty Just Eat delivery drivers while everyone asks the staff where there food is.This ‘restaurant’ seems to be staffed with 200 teenagers all fist bumping and shouting at each other while the world around them descends into anarchy.Do yourself a favour, get the food delivered and forget the days of fast food, they are long gone.

Polite staff but food was bad

Terrible!! Sausage was under cooked or severely out of date! Huge food poisoning risk here! Better yet, it came with bites taken out of it! What makes your staff think this is okay? I suggest you start training your staff better or at least watching how things are being cooked and served. We have thrown up because of your poor service. Shocked and disgusted to say the least!

I have never written a review before as have not been impressed or disappointed enough to do so however have just had a meal at the Greenbridge McDonald’s In Swindon and the staff where ABSOLUTELY A CREDIT TO McDonald’s THEY WERE SO POLITE AND HELPFUL. The food is as McDonald’s is BUT the staff made it a PLEASURE. MANY THANKS & STAY SAFE. 👍🏻😊

Ordered a festive stack, got the chicken one which contains cranberry sauce. Not only is it disgusting, I take blood thinners and cannot eat cranberrys as it can interact with the meds and increase the thiness of it. Unfortunately i didnt realise until i got to work to eat it.
