McDonald's in Swindon

Could do better by introducing more options for vegetarians. Lovely food and service otherwise.

I cannot believe I have been given a parking ticket for going to McDonald's while using their restaurant. I visited this location with my three children. We were meeting friends for dinner after hockey practise. When entering the parking lot I was sitting in a queue to get into the lot to even park because of the traffic waiting to go through drive thru, so I wasn't even actually parked or using the facilities in the given time frame that starts the 90 minute clock. By the time we managed to park, get out and into the building we then had to wait to purchase our food. By the time it arrived 15 minutes after ordering we then went on to buy more food. We did not loiter, rather we had to wait to park, order for 5 people and then wait for the food. We left 17 minutes after the 90. minutes time period and yet I now have a £100 ticket to pay!!! If you were to take off the time just on waiting to get in and out of the parking lot plus waiting for our food we would have easily left the premises on time. Plus we went there to meet friends for dinner. We spent more than enough money to warrant parking there. I am really upset that we are getting charged for a facility we used, not loitered in. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH MCDONALD'S

One gurl was goin like mental packing orders, serving at till and shout out for stuff abd dealing with stressy delivery drivers that had bewn waitin half hr for there delivery orders the rest we're like. Zombies bumping in tii each 8ther or just talkinmy 4* is fir the girl busting her asa off shame about others in team

Very crowded but staff coped well. Food was nice, they forgot the dips in my take away.

Did not have to wait long. The big mac nice and fresh made. The chicken was fresh and nice. The fresh was nice and hot. Staff inside nice.

A great place gad delivery from hear first tine ive sat in very good clean and tidy lots of space

This is a busy place all the time, due to its location and food. I have received fresh food every time and customization was very well considered. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great branch of the Golden arches .8 remember going here when it was the only maccies in Swindon. This is still open after many many refits.quick service and happy staff. Fresh tasty food

Expect slow service at peak times, they are probably short staffed which totally defeats the purpose of “fast food”. I find it quite shocking how this company has such low standards for this country compared to others. We had Mc Donalds in France, Austria, Germany, Hungary and Romania as part of our journeys and they have so many more items on the menus. They are also cleaner and the food is always fresh and tasty. Time to step up the game?

Very busy, on 2 floors, no drive through, could do with being cleaned more frequently. They now have the new plant burger made from pea protein, personally I liked it.
