Mr Cod Swindon in Swindon

Their "large" portion of chips was over £3 and came in a small box that was barely the size of my hand. Dry, tasteless chips (clearly not fresh).Would NEVER return here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Cold food and even colder chips Always got food from here but? will bother again Husband now in the kitchen heating our food

I have had the worst fish and chips and I would avoid..Chips that had been recooked and fish .Nothing I would say was positive about Mr cod .. They should not be able to send out food that is not upto quality a rip off and .I would go somewhere else avoid ...I would give 0.5 un happy customer...Beware Of Mr COD... I even gave them second chance with sending out some more but why did they bother ..you ruined my evening well done Mr COD you have just lost yourself a customer.i will take my custom else where 🙁

Absolutely awful. Took 2 hours to arrive, was lukewarm at best and extremely salty fish by the time it arrived, and the fish was very small.

This has to be the worst fish and chips I've ever had and seen. For a start the so called "regular cods" were only a inch wide, they were also dry and tasteless. When I tryed calling them the phone was ignored. I am very angry with the service and food. I highly recommend avoiding this place and spend your money on decently made and cooked food.EDIT: my partner has symptoms of food poisoning. She was the only one to have a fish cake. I will be taking this further. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Great food as always, there wraps are the best in town, chips are always really good and pricing is very good. Can't recommend this place higher. 5+ stars.

First time order and never again. Ordered enough for 4 adults and 2 children and they missed a large portion of chips. To be fair, when called they were apologetic and sent out the missing chips. But the fish is most definitely either frozen or end of the day left portions and there’s no skin to be seen and one of the large cods we received was 90% batter, 5% fish and 5% air. It made a total of one mouthful after pulling the fish out of the batter. Never coming back and not recommended.

So happy we found Mr Cod - it's a firm family favourite! When we go in it's always busy (the sign of a good chippy), it's clean and the service is great. Great tasting fish and chips everytime!Lately I've been ordering through their website and it's super easy. The fish and chips come well packaged, the delivery is quick and the friendly team take care of loyal customers. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a great chippy in Swindon

Second time we ordered as every one has bad days. First time 2 sausages were missing from our order. Called them up, they were very rude telling me to check again in the bag, eventually put my partner on the phone and they agreed to bring out the missing food - which they didn't do. Today we ordered again and the food was all there but the burger was so gross and soggy, it had been thrown together no cheese or onion as requested, added it in at home no problem....can cut the soggy bit off. Nope the roll was so hard and stale I couldnt get a knife through it. Absolutely disappointing service and the foods not great either.
