Nando's in Swindon

Hid here during the July 22 heatwave - plenty to drink, staff very understanding of the state I was in.

If I could score a zero I would. Terrible service. We ordered through the nandos app for delivery. Following it then All of a sudden said delivered which it hadn’t. Called up and all they kept saying was call Deliveroo, to which Deliveroo say call nandos. No thought no care, just hung up on us. This is not the service you expect from a chain like nandos. End of the day we didn’t even get an apology of refund or anything! Disgusting. You sub contract Deliveroo out, if we can track the driver so should you! Just take the money and don’t care about the customer on the other end

Horrendous. Rude, obnoxious and horrific is all I can say.Went in and got seated a few minutes in that was great! Ordered bottomless drinks and two starters...15 minutes later still no glasses had to go up and ask....30 minutes later still no starters. After trying to communicate with the waiter (Maria,who was extremely helpful and patient) how long our food was going to be the kitchen staff were rude to her and she had to come back with the response I'm really sorry I don't know.Finally gets our starters,cold mind, eats them and empty plates. Waiters walked backwards and forwards nothing in their hands whilst dirty plates were on our table for more than 10 minutes. Ordered our mains. One plate (5 chicken wings) sat on the hot stand till they were dried out whilst no other food was put on the plate. Also order creamy mash with it...nothing creamy about it. I ordered the normal chicken burger with garlic bread. The bun was rock solid and stale and the garlic bread was just bread. Didn't ask if our food was okay till after we had finished eating. Ordered desserts. 30 minutes for a cake to be taken out a fridge and cream to be poured into a little cup! May I add it wasn't busy so not a excuse.can I also add waiters were walking around with extremely long hair not all tied back flying everywhere and dipping in the food. Went to the bathroom and the sink was thick with dirt and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. When spoke to the manager she repeatedly asked me to back up my case after saying I wasn't happy with the service and she tried justifying that it was okay not to wear a hat or have long hair tied back as a waiter. The hygiene was horrendous and for the price it really wasn't worth it. The one star is for Maria though the waiter who did her best to communicate with the staff and customers and getting no credit for it. She was the only kne who seemed like she was actually doing her job, whilst others were dancing around and talking not good enough at all.

Good menu with lots of options. Most items come in 5 degrees of piquancey. Good prices and very helpful staff. On a warm day it is great to sit outside.

Love this Nandos - great service, great food!

The food was good as always. The staff had a really good energy in general, not only to the customers to each other as well. Polite and friendly. It is my GO TO place if I am eating out.

Excellent customer service. Made an order to takeaway. Was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait for my order. Was served by someone called Harry. He offered me a drink from any of the machines whilst I wait. Excellent customer service. Harry will go far in life! Thank you Harry!

Food was great and staff were polite and friendly. The host was very accommodating even though we asked to change our table twice. I struggled with ordering our meal using the app (my own inability 😊) however it was over 20 minutes before we got our meal and I could see it on the food hatch waiting to be served. Toilets looked clean however were smelling foul (one of the reasons we asked to change tables as we were sitting quite close to them)

Left standing at the door for several minutes as staff deliberately avoided eye contact on the many occasions they walked past. Same poor service once finally seated. Foot was of a good standard.

Good service and friendly staff. With so many choices on the menu you can also find vegetarian and vegan food . Their mash is my favourite. They have put up their prices and also updated their menu .Do try their Mango Quencher drink and Fino Pitta
