Lovely food, but think changed the recipe for gravy, didn't taste quite as nice as usual.

order every week from here. their Currys are the best in the north east. the meat is lovely and get loads of it aswell.

Food is very mediocre and the chicken is shiny and smooth when you cut through it. Curry sauce is like water. Staff didn't even say hello when entering or thank you for ordering. She looked at me like me nut was on back to front. Will not be ordering again even if it ment née Chinese food ever again.

Visiting the area today, and thought we'd try some Chinese cooking. Had some chicken foo yung and chicken chow mein. Scrummy delicious. Nice large portions too. Would highly recommend.

Chow mein is always soggy and overloaded with fat/greaseVery stingy on the beef in the rice, looks like flakes of fish food. Wouldn't be surprised if it is as has no flavourBeware of allergies as this restaurant don't listen to notes of allergies and exclude some ingredients like every single other restaurant we order from.Tried to ring to complain or get a refund as it's inedible due to allergies in the family.Completely ignored and left us ringing and ringing and ringing.Will not be ordering from again, only ordered from here as our favourite Chinese was closed this day.Will stick to Jaks Chinese and I highly recommend jaks Chinese, every bite of food is perfect and they actually read notes left on the order.Thanks

First order since moving back, food was delicious still piping hot, what more can you ask for? I had my first ever Chinese from this very shop years ago, not the same owners going off other reviews, but every bit as good. I have found my local Chinese, we are very happy bunnies.

Ordered food on monday, they added king prawns into my husbands food which was not included in the order. My hushand is allergic to all seafood and therefore he became very unwell. I called the takeaway who implied we asked for it in the order which we didn't, we had no apology. Will never be going back, disgusting service.

Our Friday night treat. We order from here every week as they are by far the best Chinese in my local area. Food server hot and delivery times very reasonable. Have some lovely friendly staff working there. Can be quite hard to get through at peak times but this shows how popular they are in this are! Lovely food guys

I hardly ever write reviews however I looked at the reviews before ordering as it was all good reviews I decided to order, delivery was ok however noodles were completely plain no flavour to them or colour, the ‘deep fried crispy beef’ was soggy and fatty not crispy. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again. Once I rang up to let them know so they didn’t do it again the women on the phone was very rude and unhelpful this is not worth the money !
