Been using Oriental Express from the day we moved 8yrs ago and yet to have a bad dish.The consistency over 8yrs is remarkable, and the standard of food is second to non. Packed with bags of flavour, must have tried 80% of the menu now and it's all amazing 👏🏻.Greatest Chinese takeaway in Swindon hands down. Been to friends and family who say there's are the best, but when they come to ours they are all converted and never look back.Best in town keep it up 🙏🏻

I placed an order and I got a confirmation email and they took the money out of my account, after an hour it still hadn’t arrived so I tried calling them but they were closed so I waited another hour and at 12:30 it still hadn’t arrived, the next day at 4 in the evening I got a cancellation email and when I called them they didn’t even seem bothered by it, would not recommend them at all.

Absolutely terrible, 2 hours for our food to be delivered came stone cold. Had to drive to the restaurant to find where our food was in the end. Customer service was terrible and only way to get any money back was to return the food when it finally got delivered back to the shop. Never order from them again advise everyone else not to too.

Ordered in store, quick service and really tasty food. Good portions and prices. Would order from here again.

I used to like this place however last nights order was horrible! Firstly didn't arrive until an hour and 20mins, then no coke and the worst thing ... Horrible king prawn chow mein. Might as well have just boiled some suoernoodles myself! Tasteless junk threw it away. Phoned up to complain they weren't bothered at all. Won't be going there again

The food was nice WHEN it FINALLY turned up. We'd originally been given a wait time of approximately 1hr but when we phoned 15 and 30 mins after that time we were lied to, as both times we were told it's on its way. I don't blame the guys that delivered it, as they seemed really genuine when we mentioned how long we'd been waiting. They said they'd only just.got the call (which is more than believable with how hot the food actually was, thankfully)

Food is always hot. Always arrives before time, portion sizes is brilliant. Never had a bad experience and have been using them 12 years now. Keep up the good work x

Just ordered our meal at 5.30, we were told it would be 40-45 minutes. At 5.45 the food turned up piping hot, and was just as good as it is every time we use oriental express.

What an absolute joke of a take away rude staff. food took 2 hours to get here and I live 5 minutes from the shop. When it did eventually arrive it was stone cold. Take this a warning and order from somewhere else. Complete shambles. #muppets
