Papa John's in Swindon

Always get a great pizza here, the best in Swindon. Thanks Linda and the team, keep up the great job.

Great pizza been mess d around more than once though it says that the pizza is ready and it's not and I have to wait 20 mins plus!

Staff if friendly however did find when their system went down we ended up waiting 40mins after arriving even though we were notified collection was ready. No compensation and seemed done with deliveries being prioritized.

We ordered from this disgraceful pizza shop on Friday at 5.10pm. Pizza EVENTUALLY turned up at 6.30pm and the whole order was stone cold. Called the shop and the assistant was as useful as a chocolate fireguard and chose to laugh down the phone rather than help. She called the manager who was no better. Apparently you cannot get a refund if you order over the Internet ?? REALLY ?? Are papa johns so behind the times ?? We threw £30 of freezing cold rubber pizza in the bin and the next day we were expected to accept a voucher for a free large pizza !! If this is all they can offer then Papa Johns will never have my business again and I would never recommend Papa Johns in Victoria Road in Swindon, Wiltshire to anyone. Save your money and order from Pizza Hut or Domino's !!

Well, I have ordered from you guys 7 times so far, and I have never been dissapointed. The Pizza is extremly yum and papadias is a must have treat.Thank you for your spot on hygeinue, taste and delivery.keep it up!

I love papa johns! very flavorsome pizza whenever I order from other branches. But this specific swindon branch I don't know whats up with the flavor of their pizza I've ordered here at least twice and it does not taste very good especially the veggie pizzas way too much tomato

Driver took forever to get here so pizzas were lukewarm & base was half soggy. If theres one thing I cannot stand it's a warm pizza. There were gaps on the pizza where there were no ingredients. Just gets worse everytime! Sick of papajohns.

If you want a great takeaway, with great choice, then Papa John's needs to be one of the first on your list. With decent size choice and regular new pizzas this is a must try. With a massive vegan, vegetarian and gluten free range alongside some tasty sides, you have another reason to give them a try. Oh, and once you place your order, you can track you order, from preparation to delivery. Why not give it a go.

Definitely gone downhill recently. By a long way. Pizza was mostly crust and very little room left for toppings. Very disappointed. You've already cut the ingredients down and cheaped out on those... I can't order from you again knowing I'll get very little pizza... and the greaseproof paper for marmite scrolls sticks to them so you lose half the product to the wrapper. What is that about?

Pizza is good, but the customer service is absolutely terrible, got some deliveries before, they put meat all over the vegetarian pizza and took 2 hours to get us a correct pizza. They did offer us the same order again for free, we rang up to reclaim it and had an awful experience negotiating with customer services, they told us that the phone number we were calling from wasn't correct, the phone number we got the complaint on was registered to a different address, which they wouldn't tell me or let me guess, they then finally said we could have the order again, but this order was incorrect and involved a small pizza rather than an XXL. In the end we ordered from Domino's. Only saving grace is the pizza tasting good.
