Pizza 2 Night in Swindon

Bad customer/service,They say 20 minutes but take 10 to 15 extra to get ready but still uncooked. Asked for mushrooms and they tried to charge me extra. For an 18 inch pizza one portion of mayo is not enough, when I asked for extra, it was two for £1 while you can get a whole bottle of mayo for less than that.The people working here do not care about the business. I’ve been a regular customer in London they are incomparable and much more respectful and welcoming.

Terrible… ive been getting from this place for 2 years now. 1 in 3 pizzas have hair in it. A big beard hair. When i went there the chef wasnt using gloves or something to tie up the hair. Rude owner too. We called them and they accused us for lying. They said that we are the only one calling them for something like this. And clearly thats a lie because there are many other reviews for the same thing. Pls dont order from here. I will be reporting to food safety. And so should you. And i only order from here since my dad knows the place.

Your costumer's service is terrible and whoever was on the phone tonight needs to be fired the way me and my mother just got spoken to is awful just because we called about a pizza that is wrong. I used to love this place and I have never had any issues before this not at all but lost all respect and will highly not recommend this to my friends of they try to order it.

Been a regular customer for a long time. Thought after 10 orders I would get the free order that was offered. Just went to place my free order with the code given, order went though all ok but then my order was REFUSED! I phoned them for them to say I can place the order again but I have to pay the full £24!!! Apparently only in London even though every text clearly states Swindon.Don't fall for this scam! Will now being taking my custom elsewhere!

very bad pizza very rude stafff on the phone and refused ti give money back pizza was soggy af will be contacting food safety

Absolutely disgusted ordered tonight and half my food came still frozen very not happy I would not recommend and I will be reporting to food hygiene and safety vile and customer service is atrocious towards customers

Reasonable pizza but delivery drivers need to be more careful and not squash the box. For the price there could be more ingredients.

Worst customer services. Served cold pizza when asked about it one of the staff said it was cancelled order by someone else. Very aggressive staff stand on the door to stop the way out. Not recommended

Ordered for the first time and was really happy to buy a super (18") pizza for such a good price, delivery was pretty fast as well but the quality of the pizza, just horrible. The pizza was super thin, it tasted stale and the smell alone made me want to 🤢.. Never going to order from them again.
