Pizza Hut Shaw Ridge in Swindon

Pizza was nice but was mostly empty until just before 3pm. Drink & ice cream station was very dirty and not cleaned at all I the 90mins we were there. Service was fast & friendly although basic which is understandable since app ordering.

Today was the meant to be my sons delayed birthday party trampolining at the Better Facilites, which was cancelled an hour before it was to start!!! We phoned Pizza Hut, West Swindon, and they were able to book us in straight away. There were four members of staff who were patient and really helpful and absolutely saved the day, can’t thank you all enough!!!

Went on a Sunday for some lunch. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait for a table for 2. Our food also didn't take long. Our pizzas were delicious, hot and filling. The salad bar was well stocked, and it was fairly tidy. I would go again, and now their buffet is more often, it's tempting. It still feels a bit expensive for the quality, hence the four stars.

Just enjoyed a family lunch here. The place was super busy but the staff were brilliant. The helped me order all the food using the QR code and were very helpful. We had a great lunch, just had to be a bit patient with the place being so busy. A big thank you to All the team at Pizzahut

Popped in for a Takeaway, the food was great and the people friendly. My only slight criticism would be that I was told that the food would be 15 minutes and I was waiting there for 40. I completely understand delays during busy periods but would just like to be accurately informed so I can plan accordingly.

Very very slow. Sides turned up after we finished our pizza, after asking several times. Didn't have any garlic bread, no tomato sauce, no mayo. The salad bar was complete mess of everything in all pots. Would avoid.

I'm not a huge fan of pizza's but i have always gone to this pizza Hut since i was a little boy. I enjoyed my meal deal at £16.99 unlimited salad. A side order. A pizza and unlimited drinks. I feel it's a good deal just for this. I would not buy a dessert because it's to expensive for how little you get so i just don't bother with dessert's.The staff are very nice and they are Autistic friendly as I have Autism.The restrooms are clean. The quality was OK, but the prices have skyrocketed since I was last in and products have shrunk drastically. Now they only do "individual" and "sharer" and individual is the size of Dominos "personal pan" but at the price of what used to be a large. (Didn't have what we wanted so made a 4 topping pizza, £15 for a small individual.) The gluten free one was larger and cheaper!Will not waste our time or money again. Papa Johns and all the independents are better now, even Domino's!

Wow, these guys are ace. Truly, they were super busy, but working super hard and keeping everyone happy. They're an absolute credit to the place and the best hospitality staff I've been served by in a long, long time. Well done! Thank you for smiling through the rush and being so kind and lovely.

Manager was really friendly and helpful. Service was bit slow we were already full with the salad before the food came. Desserts were slow too. Too much caramel drizlle on cookie dough which made it way too sweet but we loved the food. Ofcourse theres room for improvement. Temp was a bit too cold. Glass for kids drink looked really blurry and dirty but still enjoyable experience and good food. Easy toOrder qr code on tables. Staff was very polite. They were helpful in customising
