Brilliant coffee shop. Lovely staff, warm, welcoming, Christmas decorations and music, and one of the most enjoyable hot chocolates I've had in a long time. Will definitely return.

I use to like coming here it was nice and lovely drinks but one particular staff with the long blonde hair obviously has something against Asians as her service towards me and my brother was disgraceful. When I told her she is rude and has no customer service skills .she laughed at us.Manager apologised but I will not tolerate discrimination because the staff member served non coloured with respect! .It was not a one off it was several times and I would dread to be served by her so now I will not return.

It's ok. The atmosphere is ok. The cakes are nice but at an expensive price but they are very tasty. The coffee is mixed with syrups that taste very sweet.
