Super Pizza in Swindon

Absolutely shocking service, completely messed up our order and when we asked them to correct it they called my wife a c**t. This is not acceptable this place needs to be shut down, I'm sure we are not the first. Please do not use super pizza Southend.

It's the best in quality and quantity and also so yummy in taste. Ordered twice from this place, delivered fast and the pizza is the softest and best pizza I had in Swindon town.

Food lovely BUT they're completely incompetent We order from here too many times then I care to say. Every. Single. Time. There is something wrong. Wrong food, stupidly early or stupidly late (when booking a time) restaurant couldn't organise a mashup in a potato factory. Completely useless. Will no longer be putting money here, I suggest you all find elsewhere to.

Super pizza is a great buy for portion size!Great tasting food and a wonderful variety of foods!But customer service can be very terrible...Over the last 8 years I've been buying super pizza, I have phoned up and made a complaint about my pizza being soggy, I called up and they said "yes its like that because we were 5 mins to closing so we rushed it" they were honest and I asked for another pizza or a discount the next time I buy another one as it is really good value for money. they passed the phone over to someone else who started shouting at me. I hung up on them.The 2nd time was a more recent; I was waiting outside when they arrived with my food and drinks. I went upstairs with it all and realised that there was two drinks missing. I called up to a very nice guy who was apologizing for it. And few mins later they call me up again saying that the driver definetly said he dropped it off, the whole time he's being really nice but I can hear two other voices repeatedly saying "he's lying" "he's trying to get a free drink" along with some other words but they were definitely not being quite about the matter in the background.After 10mins on the phone he takes control of the situation and eventually sends the driver back out and I get my missing drinks.Point is be prepared for some abuse in the background, there is a guy there that does care for customer service.

The worst Pizza i have ever eaten. The thin crust i ordered was so soggy. Ordered large fries-There wasn't any salt and it was very soggy. I don't think an effort was made to make it.

I've ordered the pizza for first time from here to experience the taste as it's near to my home. The pizza is not expensive and it's free delivery so for people looking at budget party then this should be it. The pizza I've ordered was Vegetarian pizza - veggie delight. It's a pan pizza and don't expect a hand tossed one or a thin crust. It was 7 quid and value for Money. We got our pizza within 15 minutes and were happy to take it back home. The topping was fresh meaning it didn't cook enough. I'd expect the tomatoes could've been cooked evenly. It lacked flavor and seasoning. The salt was little less.

Just have ordered and collected a pizza from them. Perfectly done pizza handed over to me at the right time. Excellent customer service. Tasty pizza.. And reasonably priced. Will definitely order from them again. Well done guys.. Keep up the good work 👍
