Swindon Rendezvous in Swindon

This place is very meh. Food was mediocre at best. Half the dishes we ordered never arrived and a few dishes we didn't order arrived on our table. Server couldn't even tell us what dishes was brought to our table! Wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend.

All you can eat without the buffet style. Food is really good chinese. Probably the best in swindon. Coupled with very good service and they have made a lot of effort with covid protection which is very appreciate.Top notch, it's been far to long sine we had been so it was great to get back and see its still great.Well done to them.

Got a bit confused with the 'Eat as much as you want' deal. Sizzlers weren't part of the deal but staff were very understanding and didn't charge us the extra. Also Sizzler didn't sizzle but we enjoyed our meal, good atmosphere and will most definitely visit again.

May be is good, but staff on the phone could not explain me if I can order from menu for buffet. In my understanding "all you can eat" is a buffet style restaurant with fixed price plus any extra from carte. Staff tried told me I have to pay entry and order from menu paying extra... doesn't make sense and give up...

Treated my Mum tonight to a Chinese, she is a Chinese novice but she absolutely loved it!! As did myself, boyfriend and our two daughters. Fantastic food, fast delivery. Brilliant!! We've ordered many times from Rendezvous and it's always good but tonight was exceptional. We'll done and thank you!!

This has been one of my favourite restaurants in Swindon and I have visited it on a regular basis for for many years but wont be returning any time soon after this weeks experience.Walked in at 6.30pm (never needed to book at this time of day on a weeknight) were told they were full but would have a table for 2 at 8pm, returned just before 8pm to be told it would be a further 15 mins, said we would wait and wait we did for another 45 mins, not offered a drink or menu during this time, eventually got a table and had to wait another 15 mins before anybody came to take our order, when food arrived it was delivered to the table next to ours and even though they had started to tuck in the waitress came and took it away and tried to move it onto our table!They couldn't get us out soon enough, kept asking if we had finished eating even when they could see we hadn't, brought the bill before we had asked for it and then stood there with the card machine as if our being there was an utter inconvenience.Such a shame as the food is always good but that level of service is totally unacceptable.

Went for a special Birthday. Complimentary bottle, Fantastic food and really great service. Even did ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. Totally recommended, I will be returning soon.

Absolutely amazing, what a great place. We have ordered takeaway from them before but actually going to the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing food, FRESHLY cooked, all you can eat, great service, great atmosphere I honestly cant say anything bad about the place. Fantastic.

cant rate this place high enough. what a wonderful evening for daughters 18th. place very clean. food full of flavour and arrived tables hot. service was amazing and the young lad who was serving us for the evening went above and beyond to make sure we had a enjoyable experience. rest of the staff very friendly also. i highly recommend this place and myself and family very happy will definitely ve going again.
