Very poor service form staff. Restaurant overcharged us for our order by £23.60. Called the restaurant few times to resolve the problem however I’ve been told that the manager is not available and I have been hand up on numerous times. Please be aware when ordering.

Ordered a whole peri peri chicken, it had two long black hairs on it. One on the chicken and one hair inside the box. Pretty disgusting if you ask me! 🤢 Also the chips were quite hard and definitely not fresh, not nice!

Yeah the food is good, super quick delivery and all the staff are nice and friendly. Definitely recommend for a late night if you haven't cooked yet.Also, my cat liked the bag ☺️

I've been a customer for a long time, but the lady looking at the cashier at 12 midnight today is very rude and didn't want to do my order, it's a loss of customers.

Made my order at 6 at which point they said it would be 45 minute. 90 minutes later, the food arrived. Literally twice the length of time quoted. Not great, especially when youngsters are waiting for their orders. Looks like I finally go and try edens or pepe's for grilled peri peri. Customer service was horrendous when I called up too.

Food is normally of a good standard, sometimes the chicken has been reheated which leaves it dry and quite nasty. When the food is fresh, it is so much easier to consume.

Thank Ü very much for being open on 25th December, unlike McDonald's, KFC and BurgerKing. Keep up good work. I like your chicken more than KFC as theirs are WELL over salted. Your portions appear to be more generous than KFC and your crispy coating is MUCH thinner and tastier than KFC. What also I very much apreciate is that we could understand each other well and unlike in KFC your staff members are very helpfull, not arrogant and do not sound like a Mumbai call centre.

Amazing customer service, this guy dropped their whole order while they were leaving, they just replaced the whole order without even having to ask for it, they came out and cleaned the mess and were very polite. And well the chicken wings I ordered were finger licking good as well; definitely going back. 👍
