Tesco Cafe Swindon in Swindon

I’m always ordering food from tescos but recently it’s got worse and worse, foods cold or not how’s it’s supposed to be. It’s not packaged well so butters melt get all over bags cold drinks make food cold when placed on the top of all the hot food. When you want extra food in the roll or wrap they put it on the side and now inside the roll or wrap so have to do it all yourself. The taste of the food is nice but it’s making me not want to order from them because the service is just not what you expect.

You get a lot of bang for your buck! The staff who work at this one are not really that helpful.

Ordered a cooked Breakfast. Came out and it was missing the egg..i also ordered bacon and scrambled egg brioche as advertised but with no cheese and chutney. I got served a normal roll with some form of egg (not scrambled) and very fatty bacon.Was one of the worst breakfasts I've had in a long while. still edible but I didn't enjoy it like I was hoping too so didn't finish it off.

Came for an egg muffin, no longer on the menu. So had poached egg. Poached eggs over poached, but still tastes good.

i don't understand why a cafe would accept an order then tell me they cant do what has been requested.. why accept the order then? and then tell me there is only one coffee machine when a worker who actually wanted to help would've suggested the costa coffee machine by the entrance i get its not part of your services but if your services aren't working then why not use what has been provided? its a resolution that requires nothing extra of yourself except to go down some esculators... just plain lazy you wouldn't be loosing money as its just a replacement from your machine backing off, take it off the menu or do something to stop this your causing so many unhappy customers! Miss rude Kanga with terrible customer service skills who just sniggeres at your down the phone.

Went for an all day breakfast - very much enjoyed, only down side was the fried bread was a bit on the brittle side.

Apparently when the dishwasher is broken they cannot use cups or the teapots ss they would have to wash them by hand. So ended up with half cold stewed tea in paper cup. Ugh. The wraps ceased to be wrapped by the time they reached the table and the place needs a good clean and spruce up, that includes the staff.

Not a bad little cafe with decent coffee and benefiting from its location in this huge Tesco supermarket. The cafe is large, offers seating as well as the option to have food, tea and cake or just a cup of coffee. Staff are attentive

Took my mum here for Sunday breakfast. The staff were lovely but there was nothing at all on the menu I could have, being vegan. They had avocado on toast that had cream in it! Not even plant based spread instead of butter. It's inside a supermarket! Get with the programme Tesco... if everyone else can get their heads around offering one or two vegan friendly options, so can you!

Absaloutly disgusted with the Cafe. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I asked for a hot chocolate for my 5yr old son but it was huge (thats not the issue) but when i asked for a takeaway cup to pour it into it was like i asked a very difficult question. Staff looking at each other like they had no idea what they where doing. Food is mediocre and was told i could not have a jacket with tuna without onion. I work in the catering industry and know how easy it is to re-make the tuna without onion. There is no direction to where anything is such as cuttlery or condements. After ordering our drinks and being given a number the waitress walked over to our table and said "your drinks are on the side" you could have brought the drinks over after all that. Staff need to smile and be more inviting. I only came in as i was waiting for my car to be washed. I wont be returning.
