I’ve been so looking forward to trying this restaurant for such a long time , and was a little disappointed with the waiter service last night , one of our friends was running 10 minutes late and we told them that , we had 4 different waiters come over asking if we were ready to order !!! When they new we we were waiting for our friend to arrive- we were then told if we didn’t order NOW we would have a very long wait for our food !I can’t fault the food it was very nice , took over an hour and a half to arrive to our table which is fine as is was worth the wait ! I felt they didn’t appreciate us not ordering a pudding as they kept sending different waiters over to ask if we wanted one so after the 5 th time of interrupting our conversation I think they got the message , asked for bill and was surprised to see they charged 10percent service charge ! !!!! Absolutely hate that ! I’m happy to tip if I feel it’s deserved !

Pretty average really. Very slow service, food was fine but not great, car parking awful due to a high number of people collecting takeaways - expensive too

Rubbish is the only way to put it. Went to dine in on a Saturday evening, plenty of staff working..... All looking busy doing nothing. We were never checked on to see if the food was ok or if we wanted any more drinks (our glasses sat empty for 20 minutes) my partners food was far too spicy even though she always has the same dish at other restaurants, when I finally got the attention of a waiter he suggested putting some mint yogurt in it.... Which he took 15 minutes to get, by which time I had eaten my food and my partner was not interested in hers. After all this they then added a ÂŁ6 (gratuity charge) which I hate, we don't live in America, if I receive good service then I absolutely always tip. I duly had this removed and we won't be going back.Long and short, very poor service, food lackluster, prices expensive.

This is a fantastic place. The best Indian food that i have tasted, outside of India. I cannot recomend highly enough and the staff were also extremely helpful and friendly, we will definately return here.

DissatisfiedI came with my wife for Valentine’s I must say was a busy environment and so I was alright with the food not comin on timeThe only issue was the service was poor the staff seemed to greet the regulars there and didn’t bother to ask how my food was one staff came to take my order n jus said il be back (I felt that they thought we aren’t spenders) I did order starters and mains but was full drinkin the pineapple juiceAt the end they gave all the guest roses but didn’t give us. Again I felt I needed to spend money so gave a 16 pound tip on a bill of 54 pounds hoping that they would give a rose to my wifeHopeless place to go certainly wouldn’t go driving that far

Cant tell you how disappointed I was at the poor customer service I received last night. Having ordered food at 6.20 and been promised delivery in 45 mins it finally arrived at 8.25, and that only because we chased them twice. Then the food itself! The chicken kashmir i had had a sauce with the same consistency of Campbell's condensed tomato soup with a little yogurt thrown in to change the colour. Tasteless. The chicken was tough too. A very disappointing experience. And a lost customer.

I've visited a couple of times, and while I wasn't blown away by my first visit, I have to say o enjoyed the recent trip. Service was good and all the dishes were great. We mostly had a selection of starters to share rather than focus on the main and this suited me totally.

Went in there, and got our drinks with a group of people, the food came, and seemed like they were quite rushy, rushing us and didn't feel like a great experience, the food was nice but I got home to having diarrhea, the only thing I had eaten before was a Subway, then after curry. Wouldn't recommend, was told it was good but unfortunately expectations were torn.

I love this place!! One of the best Indian restaurants around. It's in a nice location and there are lots of food options. It's a little more expensive than other Indian restaurants but you are paying for quality

This has to be one of the finest Indian restaurants in Wiltshire. The menu has lots of your core favourites along with a wide range of chef specials. Also cooked to your liking, even the sides such as the naan and rice stand out as better than other Indian restaurants. The lamb chops and jeera rice have to be tried!!!
