Great little pub. Music occasionally. Drinks bit pricey but otherwise ok

Great place for a night out. Has such a good atmosphere, staff are lovely and the DJ knows how to entertain. A go to place for me for a guaranteed great night out

I had a lovely dinner at the royal oak yesterday with my friend.The staff were very friendly and made us feel relaxed and welcome.Food was very tasty, we ordered 6 Oysters which was very good and presented lovely.We both ordered the Steak and Frites which was cooked amazing and tasted delicious 👍Cocktails were also very good and lots of choice.Fantastic evening and I will be going back 👍Highly Recommended from me 🙂

Came here as part of a meetup for a monthly get together. The bar staff are friendly and accommodating and the drink prices are decent. They have a few mocktails too if you aren't a big drinker. Overall a nice pub

A lively spacious place that offers restaurant service and rock osters. 2 years later 0122 here again listening to life jazz.

The staff at this pub are very helpful and friendly. The prices at the bar are reasonable, and the pub has a nice atmosphere.

First time after covid restrictions and it felt great. Very helpful staff....especially when there was a problem with my pizza order!(which incidentally was fab!) and amazing selection of gins! Loved being able to try a local gin too (Tickle)

Went to new restaurant the Choptank, food absolutely gorgeous, love fish. Staff brilliant too. Great to have a good restaurant in Swindon
