The White Hart in Swindon

It was busy, food was nice, service was good. Nice evening. Can't comment on the rooms, but I liked the way the eating area was split up

Lovely place to stay, rooms were very tidy although did have a few problems getting the shower to stay upright and could do with some TLC. Room was spacious and well decorated with various prints adorning the walls. The pub was very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant hand helpful. The breakfast was also very nice and was a help yourself setup with regards to tea/coffee and pastries. The cooked breakfast was very nice. Would recommend to friends and family if looking for somewhere to stay i Swindon.

The food was lovely but I would like the beef to have some extra Seasoning as it was bland ie a touch of garlic.

Stayed for two nights. Slow check in even though the only couple at reception. Poor quality of breakfast over two days. Freshly cooked on first morning, all piping hot and delicious. Clearly precooked and kept warm on second morning. Fried Eggs like rubber, poached were solid!! Both breakfasts left but no apology or offer of a replacement.Give away maybe is the preorder night before with your time… oh and two different staff told us.Room was spacious just lacked a good clean !Staff weren’t very friendly, very busy chatting amongst themselves on occasions when waiting to be served.Shame as we use pubs every fortnight to stay in Swindon, one we won’t return to of our own accord. And no solid apology or remedy when management were informed of the issues.

Very nice place, accommodation is separate to the main building. The rooms are very spacious and ours had a huge bathroom (room 1) Food is very nice but booking recommended. Breakfast is pre ordered a day in advance. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Amazing room, amazing price, amazing breakfast , amazing restaurant! Staff are all so friendly too. The food is so delicious! Highly recommend. Couldn’t believe how nice it all was for the price. Will definitely stay again

Very clean and spacious. Large comfy bed. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this accommodation. New lampshades would not go amiss!

My experience was a reunion last night with my family who live locally for a meal. Without saying we had a wonderful evening together. But we just have let you know the three young waitresses who served us throughout the evening were superb. Very professional for their age, smartly dressed, polite, attentive, observant and cheerful. A massive credit to all three. We would love you to pass on this feedback to them all. Thanks & best wishes for a good 2022.

Only one word can describe The White Hart fantastic. Staff friendly and well trained. Room spotless. Food was tasty and well cooked. First review I have ever left. Well deserved
