Triple Two Coffee in Swindon

Went in 02/07/2022 to find a Young boy again in 222. He brought a football outside n was dapping it on the table n it hit my legs when bouncing off the table. This boy is the female Managers Son. She was outside smoking n on her mobile outside n working n ignored what her Son was doing, this boy was outside yesterday too with the ball n running behind the Coffee side of he counter. This is unexceptable n very dangerous n certainly NOT what I expect when going for my coffee with friends. Customer Services lately has been very bad with the new Manager treating Staff with no care. The boys are brilliant n now seem somewhat controlled n they've stopped there brilliant rapore with Customers. I could add far more but seriously not a brilliant review n all true.

came in for a hot chocolate while i waited for my bf to do his driving theory and it was so lovely. the staff were also super friendly and kind, and the lady who served me was very approachable which is appreciated

Love popping in for a drink and a snack. Today's summer special, raspberry and lime no-hito was delicious.

I decided to pop in to this Triple Two expecting the same sort of service in a bigger shop but I was not impressed.Coffee lacked strength and flavour, staff workers looked tired and unhappy, my table was dirty and sticky and there was just a general poor vibe.I will not be giving my business here again.

Lovely quiet atmosphere with very nice coffee.Cake was very nice too with a generously sliced piece.

It was first time ordering here today and it was outstanding! Had an Oreo Frappe and it was absolutely delicious. Good pricing for the amazing quality, such lovely staff and really quick. A lady working there who served me was so warm and welcoming. Had a bit of a conundrum where I lost a bag a bit later on and went back to ask if she'd seen it, she went above and beyond to help me, absolutely wonderful. 100% recommend!

Service is second to none.Lovely tasting drink but today barista went above and beyond. I was sat and started coughing and over came a fresh glass of water for me! Honestly where would you get service like that.

Quite nice, simple coffee but staff were extremely unprofessional. The coffee arrived spilled, standing in a huge puddle and was just left like that. Tap water glasses were sticky and had lipstick on, hence no water. Tables were dirty, we wiped our ourselves, and staff were chatting their way through the whole time.

What a fabulous place! My daughter had a biscoff frappe, omg amazing!!Lovely friendly staff, chatted away to us about their other drinks, we will definitely go back to try more.It’s located in the shopping centre so perfect for a takeaway between shopping or a sit down for a rest.I give it 10/10
