Uk Sushi in Swindon

Shown to table, no offer of menus had to ask, everything ordered through your phone but I still like a proper menu to look at, no offer of how to order just left to it. No duck so had to ask why we couldn't order duck through app, had to ask for a cold glass as sent out warm ones, nothing on app after you've ordered unlimited soup, had to ask for that, someone else took one of our puddings, had to ask for that, each time someone had to leave the table and go to the servery as waitresses were barely there. So no gratuity for them as no service!! Food was lovely but didn't get the salad on menu just cabbage. Needs fine tuning and a bit more customer care

I enjoyed my meal here today it was very tasty and delicious. I loved the soya sauce. I found it very clever how the meals work there way around the table to your table where you take it off the conveyor belt and enjoy.The only downside to this restaurant is the drinks are very expensive and you don't get your meals sent all together at the same time if you're eating as a family which is disappointing. I don't like ordering on the phone system I'm old fashioned we like people to come to the table and take the orders and the nice waitress did. She was very kind. The flavours of the sources in these meals are outstanding. But only downside is the drinks are too expensive and the meals should come out together. We will definitely come back for more meals in the future. I could have drank the soya sauce from the bottle it was that delicious from Ben ✅🍛 🍚 🍜 🍱 🥘⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Ordering of the great tasting food is easy using the qr code at the table. You pay when ordering, and food gets delivered via the moving track. Servers are friendly and helpful. The dishes are Kaisu salad and Pumpkin katsu curry.

The worst sushi experience ever. I didn't like anything. The (supposedly) teriyaki beef was just fried flavoured dough with possibly tiny pieces of meet. The roles were very loose but I would overlook that if the taste was good. The miso soup comes out of a ready made powder mix dispenser.Bad and overpriced. The service and staff were fine.Very disappointing. I'll never go there again. Sorry. ☹️

One thing I like about yo sushi is their fries. They're just so good as long as they use their spices.. and not forget about them... I went through a phase of ordering a lot from this place and the quiality has gradually went down, when my chips were missing something i didn't think of it much but I ordered a £20 set as per below photo and if someone is going to tell me this tuna is fresh then good luck. I was scared to eat any fish from them after that, yes I did get my refund through Uber eats but never ordering from this branch again. Y2 sushi makes more beautiful sets for similar price anyways, so gonna go with that ☺️

Tried this restaurant for the first time and O my it was really good. The service was quick, food fresh, service was great - friendly and helpful staff. We had a mixture of low calorie dishes and main dishes. I would recommend visiting this restaurant. It’s definitely a vibe 😁

Portions were small. Even got the wrong order about the Korean and Japanese chicken. Then was quizzed (are you sure you ordered that as its spicy?) could hear the chef behind the wall make excuses saying they ran out of sauce. Had to order on the phone which is a pain. No wasabi or ginger.

Really awesome to see a restaurant like this in Swindon! The food is fantastic, servers are always warm and polite and atmosphere is great. Occasionally the food is a little slow to come out, but understandable given how busy they are.

Parking. Easy! Lots of space.Interior: really beautiful and modern.Ordering: everything is done on your mobile. You have to scan a QR code on the table via your smart phone. Make sure to enable QR scanning on your mobile. When the light turns green, that is your food!Food: as of 24 August. It is okay. It is not really like the pros of the Japanese chefs. It is okay.  If you have not eaten sushi, it would be fine. For those expert taster, it is soso to poor. I would rate the sushi 2 out of 5. Okay to eat but not that authentic. Try Eat Tokyo and you will see the difference. I am not affiliated with any company mentioned.Price: not sure if it is a new norm, it is way over priced!!! How can 5 small piece of fried chicken breast cost over £5? And 3 dumplings cost over £4. Shocking really.  Good for those with deep pockets.Service: on that day. It was super slow. Everyone was complaining about food taking 30minutes or more to arrive. To be fair...it was the worst speed ever and i think tonight they lost future customers. I was patient: it did take 40 to 50 minutes for our miso soup to arrive. By that point, my hungry kids felt full even though they grazed and that was the last dish.However, staff are brilliant. Special shout out to shaffron, hope I spelt that right and Elise? Yikes, hope I got their names right. They were amazing 👏Despite the poor experience, sure they will improve. Amazing atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. Swindon was in dire need of a restaurant like YO Sushi and the address couldn't be better: Designer Outlet Swindon! I will always come back! =)
