As my first ramen experience, this dish was delish (pictured tantanmen beef brisket ramen). Will absolutely go back soon and order again. I give 4/5 stars because staff was extremely slow. You definitely need to have some patience when dining here, because nobody seems to care to be good servers. Otherwise, give it a try.

Very kind staff here. Our son has allergies and the staff helped us to modify the food. They can also prepare dairy free, gluten free and egg free. Thanks again for that!

Although very busy, we found the food just amazing; I mean it was reeeeally, really good. The staff were very helpful explaining what was what, yes there was a bit of waiting at times, if quick service is more important to you that the food and atmosphere, then go to an empty restaurant. Our experience was so good I wanted to share and say well-done to the Wagga staff!!! We will be back!!!

My partner and I had a great experience, food was excellent, service was matched coupled with little waiting times between service made for a great afternoon, pricing was competitive and fair. Will return again, the staff were great and very helpful (Jess)

Menu has changed since we were there last, no lovely Korean food sadly. Fresh juice was wonderful, 4 different members of staff served us, not a fan of adding service charge on the bill. Scanning the code didn't work to pay the bill. Toilets were not a good place to be. Staff were friendly and happy to help, probably go again after covid.

Food was excellent but staff seemed a bit off. A lot of them seem to walk by without noticing customers trying to get their attention. Good waiting staff always look around as they walk but some of them just stared straight ahead to where they were going almost ignoring customers. Love the food though, good value.

If you haven't come to this restaurant, please continue reading these texts. As you can see, I gave it the grade as 1 star. It is not extremely bad, but awful. First I stepped into the restaurant, the building is quite good. There are also plenty types of dishes, all in Japanese style. I ordered a mini soba, the texture is like making a noodle pancake? Very gross 😳 The foods are only warm, or cold! If you ask for a free "green tea", it is extremely hot 🔥🔥🔥 🙄🙄

Picked up a takeaway on Saturday. Was served by a young lady with red hair in a ponytail. Rude was an understatement. She had no patience for questions, all I wanted to know was what noodles came in the Ramen. She was extremely impatient and treated me as though I should know exactly what is on the menu and if I didn't know then why didn't I know? To top it all when I got home, this was what I got. Dry noodles with no soup. Extremely disappointed all round. Food and service shocking.

Not authentic in any way, neither Japanese or southeast Asian. Chilly prawn and kimchi ramen had some weird sweetness in soup and noodles were literally like rubber. Curry had some coconut milk in which is not supposed to be in Japanese curry. Staffs were lovely and service was quick, that was the only plus in here.

Brilliant food, wonderful staff and very accommodating. We didn’t have to wait long and the serve was quick. The food was delicious!Recommend the Chicken Firecracker for mains but the ramen there is lip smacking good too! Definitely going back again!
