ASDA in Taunton Deane

I eat at MC often but I never seen such a poor food like in that brunch. Very disappointed.

I really struggle to understand how the staff and Asda Mc Donald’s can’t cook chips!

Awful service. Slow and lazy staff. Not interested in serving. Order missing items. Coffee volumes shockingly inaccurate. Avoid avoid!!!

Staff were helpful and very polite restaurant was clean and very tidy food was hot and really nice well done all

Would never go into this or any of the McDonald's in Taunton the staff are two faced the food is cold and they victimise people

When McDonalds franchise opened in store I wasn't sure that this made sense. However, I personally find it very convenient to pick up a quick takeaway at the same time as doing both large and small shops. Living with COVID-19 makes for strange times. I think that the layout of screens between seats allows a sense of safety when eating in. You are encouraged to wear a face mask unless you are seated, like all restaurants. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

I like McDonald's as a treat just every now and then and I can honestly say although this one's convenient, the waiting times even for standard orders without adaptations are really high! Recently ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 mayo chickens from the saver menu that took over 20 minutes to get to me in the meantime the queue of waiting people behind me was building. I feel the staff don't enjoy working there and it's not greatly organised.

Very poor experience, I had to go 3 times to the counter speak with manager due 1st I bought nuggets which the forget to bring it, 2nd no napkins, 3rd and more serious I request 4 triple cheeseburger without pickles, due to stomach and IBS issues, but all 4 burgers came with pickles, so this mcdonald's is not recommended, very disorganised

Absolutely sick to the back teeth of ordering from this restaurant and either having cold food or items missing or sometimes both. I get that it's fast food and all that but come on I don't live that far away and it should at least be warm not stone cold. Everytime we order we have something missing it like the store don't care as when you ring they shrug you off with you have to go thru just eat but the thing is if you constantly complain about the one store just eat tell you there is nothing they can do it's getting ridiculous think we are just gonna have to go to a different one from now on.

When this place gets busy it really gets busy and how the guys in the background keep those orders coming through is a minor miracle, it's small but the good is exactly the same but the wait is longer than usual.
