Friendly staff and great knowledge on wine . Wine reasonably priced and a huge selection. Food was ok but not great , however it was served quickly and presented well.

Fantastic choice of wine and authentic tapas, as well as cheese and meats, at this lovely little bar and shop hidden away in Taunton. Brilliant service and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Oooh we had a fabulous lunch today at The Little Wine Shop! Authentic paella was delicious (what a chef) and glorious wines enjoyed in a super atmosphere.Richard was kindness personified escorting us under a huge parasol to another shop after our meal in torrential rain to keep us dry in the Independent Quarter, you had to be there! We can't wait to visit again. Thank you 😊

We sat outside, drank excellent wine, ate cheese and charcuterie and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My only regret is forgetting to leave a tip and as the service was so good, I’m going to pop back to give them one. A truly excellent place.

Meet Up Social Group 11 Friends..Can't thank the entire team at Little Wine Shop enough for an absolutely amazing evening.. Apologies for a few cancellations.. Very accommodating and provided A+ service from the minute we entered to the minute we left.. Excellent advice on wine 🍷.. "Ciu Ciu" Italian reserve 2018 Red and a nice white chilled Sauvignon Blanc alongside assorted Cheese and Meat boards. Highly recommend the Cocotte. Based on first time visit I advise strongly to book Fri and Sat Evening.. A hidden secret of Taunton!!

Brilliant evening of food, drink and wine education!!Myself and 4 friends had a private wine tasting at the end of last month! Philippe’s knowledge and enthusiasm about the wine was amazing and infectious! We learnt so much, not only about the wine we had but also in general!Max’s enthusiasm about the nibbles we had to accompany the wine tasting and food menu in general was fantastic! We all had such a lovely experience and agreed it was the best wine tasting we have done (and a couple of my friends have done several)! Thank you Little Wine Shop!

Really great find. Relaxed vibe, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amazing array of quality wines to take away by the bottle of drink on the premises by the glass. Good curation by the staff without being intimidating for the novice. Lovely selection of cold meats, cheeses, pates, etc. Outside seating area very pleasant in the summer.
