Asked for delivery to Taunton school. Never arrived . Totally unfriendly people on the line. Never again.

Once again, top class food..so fresh and tasty

Ordered through Deliveroo. Food was really really good, authentic Chinese taste, fair prices and good portion sizes. I love it! Only one suggestion, it'd be nice if they can deliver using Deliveroo instead of their own delivery so that we can track the order.

We ordered from deliveroo at 18.25 rang them at 8.20 said it’s on its way still no food rang again at 9 said it’s on its way then 3 hrs gone rang them and they said can you come pick it up.Bloody joke got a refund will not use them ever again.

Absolutely shocking service, food was nice but missing items, when called upon, they offered to deliver the missing item and they they got that wrong as well, then I called and they start blaming for not picking up the phone when I picked up and they couldn’t hear me, I tried to explain my unhappiness but they started shouting and screaming, ultimately hanging up!

Always use China Town! Friendly staff, always lovely hot food. Always go above and beyond if we need anything! 7 years on still would go anywhere else!

Placed an order through Uber Eats at 6:30, estimated delivery time 7:10-7:30. When it hadn't arrived at 7:45 I attempted to contact the restaurant but couldn't get through after multiple calls. At 8:05 they cancelled the order. Absolutely shocking service, completely ridiculous.

Placed an order through just eat at 5pm. Estimated arrival was 6:05-6:25. I requested an update and it said estimated arrival was now 6:50. Then they CANCELLED our order. :( We rang the restaurant who were very rude and insisted it was us who cancelled the order and so they had brought it back to them. They told us we could re-order it and they would deliver the same order in 30 minutes or so - which isn’t great but we are so hungry we attempted to order it again, only for the restaurant to then decline our order! Unbelievable. This is our regular Chinese and we’ve placed so many orders with them so I’m shocked to have been treated like this.

Food is usually excellent and this was our regular. I pre-ordered the food on just eat to arrive at 5:30, food arrived over an hour before this. I phoned up and asked what had happened and if we could have a fresh delivery for the time ordered. What then happened was a shouting match between I assume the chef and the lady on the phone. It sounded aggressive in tone but it was not in English so I don't know exactly what was discussed. Someone else picked up the phone, I explained the scenario to them. There was then more shouting and the phone was hung up.Because their food is so good and we've not had this problem before, I phoned again. 5 times. Every single call either rang through, was hung up on or did the dial tone. I left a couple minutes between each call, as I want fresh food for my partner when he gets home from work.Such a shame about the service - got a 50% refund from just eat.

Absolutely terrible food! Probably the worst we have had in a long time, ended up in the bin! Everything was stuck together, bland and lukewarm! Not freshly cooked, think it was reheated In a microwave! Tried to rectify via deliveroo app that we ordered it through and got nowhere.
