Marks and Spencer Cafe in Taunton Deane

I have spoke to Customer Services on the number given for the Taunton store.The problem is that the last two Sundays the doors for browsing according to the website should open at 9:30The doors did not open till 10:00 on both Sundays.The chap at customer service firstly called me mate.!!!!I am not his mate.He then told me that a new manager to the store was not aware the store opened at 9:30 because the store he came from did not open till 10:00

Everything from clothes to household items. Plus a great place for meals.

Thank you M&S Taunton, your cafe and foodhall were first class when we visited today, especially the help we received when my friend fell over,your staff couldn't have been more helpful and considerate.Please mention our thanks to Jo your first wider.👍

Mainly use the food court as they do great tea.

Jun 22 - good, friendly service but long till queues

Very busy over bank holiday Monday lunch but the staff were friendly and helpful.Good food as always well done

I needed some help on choosing some clothing for a funeral and there was one lady in the men's department who helped me and was extreamly great at her job and helping me. Could not of asked for more.. So thank you Amanda in the men's department M&S need more people like this lady.. Fantastic and thank you

Staff not the politest of people even though it really wasn’t busy had to wait ages to pay. Women’s section not payed out nicely at all more like a charity shop than a nice M and S store.

I have to say that the coffee was wonderful (Columbian blend) and so was the lady that served us.At least M&S still allows its customers to have full fat milk. Some other companies like Pret and now Sainsbury's do not. I am avoiding those places now.

I just like to thank you for selling us a turkey that was out of date, sold full price with the in date turkeys. Who sells a turkey for Christmas dinner, that is out of date 2 days before? Also, thanks for the prawns too, also out of date. We trusted that by going to m&s that we would be paying that little extra for quality, FRESH food to ensure a perfect Christmas meal. It never occurred to us to check that the food sold for Christmas day, Would be fresh and within it's use by date!!! It wasn't reduced or set apart from any of the other food. So thanks M&S. Next year we'll go somewhere else and hopefully have something edible on Christmas day. You suck! Went to buy a turkey and bought a lemon.
