McDonald's in Taunton Deane

Food was good but had to eat it outside.The place was a tip.Dirty tables and empty wrappers everywhere.Ketchup tubs all over the counter, just didn't want to eat in that mess.It wasn't busy either.

Not great, I waited 13 minutes for a burger and tea. One member of staff was stood behind the counter on her phone, and the lady who gave me my order was surly. The tables were also not cleared or clean.The food and tea were hot and fresh though, and when I returned for milk the lady was much nicer

I understand that it can get busy. I understand that it is located in a service station. This whole system here is based on self service, requiring us to use the the touch screen points. Half don't seem to work. The others that do, have no receipt paper in the machines. Most of the tables are dirty.

I hate the touch screen has I peripheral neuropathy in my hands which makes it difficult to order on them things!The food we had was good. No play area for children.The disabled toilet stank to high heaven!

Stopped to grab a Maccies on way home... Staff were only young lads, but so cheery, friendly & efficient. Fantastic service!

This was our break on our coach trip x filling orders was fast x food was freshly made x any problems were quickly sorted x

Kiosk did not print off my receipt and the employee caller “Lillie” was rude. Told me my order number and did not give me a receipt. She obviously needs more training. Really disappointed in her customer service.

Dire!Worst experience ever in a McD.40 minute (yes 40) wait for food and then it was only luke-warm and not cooked to McD usual standardThey didn't even have the common sense to set expectations by putting a sign on the ordering terminals warning of the delay.

Friendly staff good service. food was luke warm going cold. Was one of the best in somerset food was always piping hot all change now.
