Oake Manor Golf Club in Taunton Deane

Slowest round i have ever played in my life. Asked for memebership back after my 7th round taking over 6 Hours!!!! Unbelievable. They refused btw so just don’t risk it

We went to Abba night last night, the staff were Brilliant, the venue and dj were excellent. The food and act let them down a bit, I will go back to see a different act and then write a new review. Such a shame because it could be so good.

Brilliant staff, had a Sunday carvery really special, thanks to my daughter and son-in-law, made my birthday coming here, definitely back for another Sunday carvery 10/10😁😁

Had a really great night,it was a 70/80's night £15 each for a meal,but dessert you have to pay for. It was good just to be able to go out..A great place to go for all types of evenings.Also golf for the enthusiasts..There's an abba tribute on 9th April which we will be going to.would defi ately recommend

What a fabulous news years eve party to see in 2022. The food was absolutely delicious and the tables looked fantastic. The music was fab and the fireworks were magnificent as was the piper. However credit must also go to the incredible staff who looked after us. Perfect service, polite, cheerful and extremely professional. Please make sure they know how much we appreciated them. Best night ever, thank you and see you next year!

Have just enjoyed a wonderful New Years eve at the Golf club. The venue was decorated spectacularly and put you in a party mood straight away.There were 200 people there all being served with a 5 course meal by what looked like a very young team and the service and food were excellent...probably the best I have had... everything was delivered promptly, all correctly and it seemed like the staff were really happy to be be there too!!Little extras like a young lady found me some safety pins when my dress could no longer take the strain and made a bid for freedom, and a young man finding us a lighter to light our sparkler...nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was also so lovely to see the staff all join in at the end for the conga.Fireworks and the piper were very classy and the best end to 2021.We had been staying in a caravan park near by and we are definitely going to book up for next year and make this our annual NY party..Well done Oake Manor golf club....you were amazing.

Went to the ABBA tribute night staring ABBA fever. Awesome night, great food. Wouldn't hesitate to go again!

Had a lovely Sunday lunch here as a group of 10 with a few awkward dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was really tasty and it was an all round great experience. Definitely recommend and will come again.

Oake manor golf club is located just outside Taunton, £45 a round during the week so on the expensive side but a nice course with some challenging holes and plenty of water. There are vending machines available at the clubhouse and 10th for snacks and drinks. Clubhouse was shut due to covid. Greens were in pretty good nick as was the whole course. Recommended for a visit.
