Papa John's in Taunton Deane

The pizza is tasty and there are great bargains. The store could be a bit more attractive and the front desk is not very welcoming. Still, there's tasty pizza for not much money - especially if you collect it yourself.

Awful experience. Placed an order for collection, only to have our order given to someone else before we arrived and then told there was nothing they could do about the error which was clearly theirs. After much back and forth I was told I would receive a refund but have not. Disgusting service. I have also contacted their customer service multiple times and received now response. Would definitely not recommend.

What happend Papa Johns? We have used this pizza place for at least 6 years last time will be the last. When pizzas arrived opened the lid to find 2 barely covered pizzas minimal cheese topping beyond sparse pizza dry barely warm devoid of any of the meat in the toppings is this what PJs think the nation deserves?? Definitely not good enough and at £40 for 2 a total rip off

First time I've ordered from here, and probably was the last as well. Pizza arrived a bit late, not horribly, but later than any other pizza place in town would have delivered. Online tracking showed my order was delivered when I haven't even received it yet 🤷🏻‍♂️.The pizza was just warm, far from hot. Taste was nice, but the topping was rather interesting. I know we all trying to save money, but surely they could put more than this on.I would say for this sort of money you could get a lot better pizza pretty much anywhere else in town.

We ordered a pizza for a 7.15pm delivery - it's now overdue by more than an hour!No one would answer the phone when I tried calling to enquire and complain about the total lack of service.Seriously doubt if Papa John's will be getting any more of my custom.Spend your money elsewhere!

Pizza was really good but stingy on the toppings, seem quite empty. It said the order was ready to collect but wasn't even cooked when we went to collect.

Wouldn't recommend. Messed up my order and refused to fix or refund. Food ended up in the bin as it was inedible.

Pizza is good but I'm incredibly unsure about the staff. I've been there about 4 times over the last 2 years and every time they have not been wearing any aprons, hair buns or other protective equipment. 2 of these times has been in the pandemic and both times I've seen people not wearing masks or gloves so I feel if someone there got it then it could become a big issue

Today's experience was the worst I have ever had with any takeaway. So bad in fact that I don't wish to relive it by writing a review, I have never in my life experienced customer service skills so poorly presented all because they get an order wrong. I have spoken to a lady from Head office and she was very nice. Hopefully she will look into this issue further, I don't want free pizza, or looking for something for free, I just ant to order and for them to get it right with zero fuss.
