Booked here on the recommendation of the B&B we were staying at, definitely not disappointed, we had two lovely vegetarian meals (eat meat but the menu description tempted us ) for a change and we were not disappointed, very welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent pint of Guinness as well. Very busy, so would recommend booking as we did.

A lovely all round pub experience. A very cosy feel. Food is fab, staff are friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere. The only thing for me is they don't do decaf coffee, which I like after eating a meal.

What a lovely warm and friendly pub. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. I always swing between the pork belly or fish and chips. I think their fish and chips are better than from an actual chippy! Fabulous little pub, always highly recommended to friends and family.

Perfect place for date night with my husband. It was quite busy the evening we went but we managed to sit upstairs where it was quieter which was nice. The food was AMAZING! The staff were also amazing, very attentive. We had starters and mains, all were lovely but especially the bbq pulled chicken burger and the spicy beef burger! Definitely recommend - 10/10!

Excellent food and really excellent service here. Freshly cooked and really tasty! Highly recommended but do book ahead as the place gets busy.

Decent drinks but constantly felt like we were being watched. I appreciate it's table service but felt very uncomfortable. Shame really as we were going to give this place a try for food!!! Went here 3 weeks ago

Was ok, early afternoon drinks. Then was told that table was need. Asked for another table, was told only out side available. Yes it was covered but not the point. When Asked about food, was told only can order sides of small items as kitchen would be busy. So in other words, as didn't book a table, can't sit inside or have food.

Absolutely fantastic food, can't fault the service. Possibly a bit noisy but it's a pub and so you take that because the food is worth it. Not a fan of the vibrating bench though - this needs to be sorted.

You guys deserve a 5* review for the service my family received on a recent visit. There were 8 of us including 1 disabled, 1 autistic, 1 pregnant, 2 under 6yo and a vegetarian. It could’ve been like herding cats but you managed us with smiles and warmth. Your young team have a very professional attitude and we all felt very well looked after. Thank you!
