Subway in Taunton Deane

Great garage with friendly and professional staff.

Really lacking communication with both customers and delivery drivers! That star is for food which is more to do with Subway rather than the store

Would be a 5 star, but unfortunately alot of the time this store runs out of meatballs. Last time I went in with the kids, a lad called Josh was spot on and sorted everything with a laugh and smile. Even my kids loved him said he was a dude.

Subway service is terrible my partner was ignored for 15 minutes whilst they all stood out the back smoking and could obviously see customers waiting. We then left as they had no intensions of serving us.

Good grub, toilets looked good, pretty clean but cleaning Rota was still on 30th July.🤷🏽‍♂️ . Can’t fault it though really. Nice staff.👍 Worth a stop, plenty of parking.👍👍

Customer service is normally quite poor, I often go here as its right by my work. 9 times out of 10 no ones there and ur stood waiting for 5 minutes wishing for someone to come out from the back, not very talkative or friendly, they act like you've just inturupted there day.

Subway was good in taste but it was not properly wrapped, 8-9 people were in queue and just one person serving, but I’ll rate them as 4 coz they they realy working hard, appreciate but try not to cut bread from both sides next time

So I had ordered it from uber eats, asked for Italian bread but got this brown bread. Also asked for the different cheese aswell but just got the normal one instead. Nice food as always but good to always check the order again to know what the customer actually wants.

So back on 23/10/20, I had an issue with my Subway app on Android messing up & selecting this store for collection, rather than my local store in Tiverton.After the order had gone through, I quickly phoned the store the let them know what had happened & asked if they could cancel the order. I was told no, I would have to contact customer service. I did this via Twitter & was given a reference number & I was told that the store owner would contact me regarding the issue.I didn't hear anything from the owner, so I phoned up the store 07/11/20 & spoke to the manger. I was asked by the manager to email the evidence of my conversation with the customer service via Twitter, the reference number, my order email & my bank details (which I assume for the refund). I never heard anything from anyone or no sign of a refund either.After all my issues, I would seriously avoid this particular Subway as it would appear they're looking to con people.

Quiet when everywhere else was rammed. Mini services. Limited parking. Small but was was fine with a few tables. Clean and tidy. Shop and fuel also. W.C. was available but door was busted (no handle). Usual subway offerings.
