So under staffed. It was a 30 minute wait for food. That said...staff were very helpful considering the stress they were under

A good mcdonalds, very tasty. Probably got food in record time

Kiosk did not print off my receipt and the employee caller “Lillie” was rude. Told me my order number and did not give me a receipt. She obviously needs more training. Really disappointed in her customer service.

40 minute wait for 2 meals, extremely slow service! Staff didn't appear in a hurry to get the work done.

Ok meal I had the chicken wrap of the day fries and a milkshake as the soft drinks machine was out of order

Friendly staff good service. food was luke warm going cold. Was one of the best in somerset food was always piping hot all change now.
