This is the best room and most comfortable bed I have ever had and will be coming back again, the owners Yvonne and Peter are very friendly and the food is out of this world would recommend staying to anyone. Loved it

Wonderful place to stay near Taunton. High standard in the rooms, great locally sourced food and lovely hosts. The food is very good, did I mention that before, oh well yes I did.

Wow!! What a find. Booked in a hurry as needed to stay in Wellington urgently. Owner was very helpful and met me on arrival. Stayed in Studio 2, it was lovely, immaculate. Super kitchen and bathroom. It is situated at the side of a busy road but this did not impact on my stay. Found a great dog walk the next morning, very pretty. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Stayed here for two nights, my rooms was very spacious and well decorated. The food here was also great would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

Stayed here after driving down from Suffolk for Boardmasters , room was pristine and clean with appliances, bathroom also clean with good functioning shower. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and all home made and the chef came out to make sure everything was okay for us.

Good standard breakfast. Room clean but small for a king size. Decor dated & needs a refresh. Traffic noise noticeable.

We stayed for just one night, with our dog. It was a lovely place, clean and comfy with friendly staff. The garden is well set up for the dog with outside seating, water bowl and poo bin. The road outside was quite scary to cross and noisy at night.

Whole place spotlessly clean. The food all home cooked, freshly prepared and tasted fabulous. Hosts Pete and Yvonne could not have made us more welcome. Will definitely be coming again.

We stayed for a night at this lovely pub. It is on quite a busy main road but we were not bothered by traffic noise. Staff were welcoming and we had a very good evening meal. I had the turkey and ham pie (excellent) and my wife had scampi followed by a fruit crumble and custard. Breakfast was also excellent, all freshly cooked to order. We would definitely stay there again.
