Fabulous open fire, Sunday papers and two cute little dogs for company. Can’t recommend this place high enough.

What a great local old pub. As in they have a wonderful selection of local somerset ciders. This is the best in town for selection. Tried a few spots but this one had all the ciders we couldn't make it to, like taunton cider, or tricky.

Lovely local pub, one of the better selections of beers and ales I have seen in Taunton. Lovely atmosphere and fun quiz on a Tuesday!

Food is good. Ambiance is alright. Staff was not that friendly but probably as they were busy serving and bartending.

We had a fantastic meal last night. We were looked after so so well. The pies were awesome. There was 8 of us and we had a great table. We will be back. Thank you

Nice pub friendly service only one ale and 18 ciders on so if you like cider this is your place.

Couple of excellent real ales in barrels and an array of ciders. Usual options for other drinkers. Food available. Really friendly and helpful staff. Should be your first port of call if arriving at the railway station.

Lovely little pub with a great selection of drink - rhubarb Cider was YUM. Didn't get food but was told that it's amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Really good evening yesterday. Guys running the pub were great, and really hospitable. Cider fantastic. Food mostly Pieminister so you know what you are getting if you've had before elsewhere. Definitely have the pork scratchings. Would be very happy if this was my local.
