Asda Cafe in Teignbridge

We were helped on car park by a very presentable young man who saved our problem very efficient ly.Thank s to David Rice mich appreciated.

I was in Newton Abbot store today and needed some help from a George colleague. How lucky are you to have such a wonderful lady on your staff. She was so helpful and pleasant and even recognised us when we came back a second time to check on an item and she checked for us. I think her name is Kerry and you can thank her profusely for us. Our little dog was having an op and she was kind enough to remember that and check how she was.Applause to that lady x Viv Stevens.

I live opposite this store & worked there for a number of years only leaving for personal reasons.However, it's my top up shop & I pay some bills here monthly, the layout is good & they have a great George department, I haven't tried the instore Costa as yet but it looks really nice.The only down side is there's not enough checkouts open I think due to staff shortage? Am not a fan of the self service area's, the instore photography shop is really good & the staff very helpful although the area could be a bit bigger.As for the food aisles they're very disappointing as lots of items o.o.s. for long periods or not sold again & that's disappointing for me as I'm dairy free, rarely anyone to ask why this is the case, many of the aisles are very untidy again not enough staff in these area's.The staff are friendly as I know lots of them & some friends of mine still work there, the managers not so.I use click & collect sometimes but again this area needs improving.

Waited for 1/2 an hour for a click and collect Asda George order. Customer service very unhelpful. Just bad👎

Love Asda. 3 for 2 on sandwiches, wraps and sushi. Great fruit, large range of products .. and you always find something different like the jammy Dodger/Maryland cookie mash up .. and they sell clothes, storage, games, homewares... Loads of things available at great prices.

Always use Click and collect the staff are excellent. Has two Christmas collections this week and pretty much got all we needed with minimal subs. Great job.

I was in your store today and yet again your staff are so rude. i was at the cream cakes and as I went to pick one up a staff member came so close that I stepped away from her and instead of her saying thank you I was told to get a life she then went on to talk to other staff and point at me. I know times are bad and that you are busy but if your staff have no idea how to deal with customers maybe perhaps they she work in the warehouse. As with many people I have spoken to about asda I will only use you in an emergency and if I could put less than 1 star I would

I have never had this before I have roasted meat for 50+ years We bought a piece of beef for roasting from Farm store it was so tough that to carve it we needed an electric saw! Trying to cut small piece to eat we could only suck and chew it and put on the side of our plate

Its an amazing place! Its like a cities of shelves! I bought so much alcohol, the only problem was having to queue at the cash resister because there was a problem with someone's iron...

Another great ASDA store 😊Can find practically anything I want here and prices are not bad.However does need a second door or a glass wall to separate the cafe from the entrance, doors don’t get chance to close with so many customers and there is a cold draft in the cafe area.Served by an absolutely great till operatior today called Leroy; funny, friendly and definitely deserves a gold star!
