Cantonese House in Teignbridge

Fantastic food, easy to order over the phone and quick to deliver, has been like this for years whichnis why I am a happy repeat customer.

Certainly the cheapest curry and other food in Teignmouth but it also means equal to any other curry house in town. Always good to phone your order to avoid a longish wait inside....necessary during this Covid19 nuisance. Tasty and fresh food at a very reasonable price. UPDATE: STILL a great value for your money. No increases in their food since last I reviewed 3 months ago, a pleasant change with just about everyone putting their prices up!!

Not a great meal most of it went in the bin! Avoid the salt and pepper wings totally un edible will never go back!

The best food ive had from a takeaway in a long time. I highly recommend the Cantonese sauce spare ribs the flavour will make you taste buds tingle. I will only ever use this place for our takeaway. Prices reflect the quality of the food they prepear and serve. Thank you Cantonese house. We will see you really soon

Really good food at a good price, this was our second visit and we weren't disappointed. There is a little wait for food, but we are happy with this as it is cooked fresh. Good portion sizes too!

Love their curry and chips but they are only small servings we still managed to split between 2, not too keen on their satay I really can't actually say it was satay it was red and watery no peanut or spice taste at all.

Just ordered a meal for 3 adults and two children and am a regular at the Cantonese House, but I just had to mention that for whatever reason the meal I had tonight was totally amazing, full of flavour, and great value for money.. I don't usually write reviews but I feel tonights food deserves a thumbs up and would recommend to all..The only problem is I want to eat it all again.Thanks team I will be back..Thanks

My favorite Chinese takeaways!! Everything is fresh and can I recommend the satay! It's home made not from a tin can like most of these other takeaways! Old school cooking recipes I absolutely love it!!

It can be a real challenge finding authentic chinese takeaway food in this seaside town. Great quality, great taste and reasonably priced. You cant ask for better. You know a real Chinese takeaway when you see the whole chinese family working in the back (grandparents, parents and the kids!!). I really recommend the satay (not skewers but its incredible), sweet and sour Cantonese style and special chowmein! Thank you cantonese house!

Not great chinese at all. Possibly the worst.Don't even need to explain about the crispy duck. It was plain, dry and tasteless.The beef chow main so so watery and tasteless I had to cover with curry sauce just to get some flavour.Wont be going back as had to chuck most in the bin.
