Very nice food 😋👍 and the staff are very polite and respectful, brilliant customer service. My family's favourite Chinese we won't order anywhere else!!

Have a very nice delivered order here the other day, very impressed with variety of menu and taste. Arrived early and good value for money. Will order again!

Delivered food 40 minutes before the time they said and left it on yhe doorstep as no one was home. The delivery driver rang me and refused to take it back. I phoned the shop who also refused to take it back offer a replacement or a refund. When we unpacked the order to microwave some of it. It was also wrong. So don't bother wasting your money

If I could give —5 or more I would. Receptionist Charlie who been there nearly 1 year and owner are both very very rude and sarcastic, chef/manager was very rude when I asked for a refund for my cold and incorrect food (even though I told them exactly what I wanted/liked) they didnt listen, they said I was bull***ting about my food being cold and incorrect. I called and order food for delivery which I paid over £30 for. My order was then wrong. (When I ordered it charlie receptionist had to repeat my order to me 3 times back to me as she kept putting it down wrong...I had to keep explaining what I wanted as she didnt listen.) I ordered a special curry and instead of rice to have some plain noodles with bean sprout, (they never said noodles or rice didnt come with this..instead just said that fine) .This is what she kept repeating back to me for getting it wrong...I also order other things. When I got my order I was missing the noodles with bean sprouts, the receptionist and chef said they could cook them and deliver them to me, when I asked how long this would be, they said the driver isnt back yet...i then said to save my food getting cold can I come and collect the noodles and have a refund for deliver...the manager said yes. When I arrived at the shop to collect, the receptionist didnt order my noodles with the chef then I had to wait for them, leaving my food at home to get cold (and I didnt even get an apology for this)....they tried getting me to pay for them even though I already ordered them and paid for them. (But they got it wrong)..which they then said I couldn't have a refund on delivery but they would give me the noodles ....I already paid for for free :/...Once I got home after they took a long time to sort this out... my food was stone cold!! I then called again and explained my food was cold and asked for a refund from there mistakes and which then the receptionist and chef/manager was very rude and shouting down the phone your not having a refund!... (I'm 18 weeks pregnant aswell) they wasnt listening, being rude, and every suggestion I had they was saying no to eg a refund on my food..then I asked if they could give me a refund on the delivery then as I had to drive to them for them to sort out my problem..they said no sill..The receptionist was being very rude so I asked to talk to the manager, which the manager also was very rude and ignored me while on the phone..then tried to say he didnt understand me. So there was big communication barriers, the receptionist kept hanging up of me for no reason when I asked for a refund. Then when I called again to try and ask for my refund and explain why I wanted one as the manager wasnt understanding me they threatened me by saying they would call the police, when I haven't done anything wrong.....the worse part is even after all of that I tried eating it anyway as I paid over £30 for it, and as I was dishing it up the food was cold anyway but when my partner took a bite into the chicken balls we ordered they was white on the outside but the inside was raw from them cooking it to quickly....raw!! Luckily I didnt eat them being pregnant...my partner luckily wasnt sick from this (but tbf he spat it out straight away and the £30 of food was binned anyway).!!!!! I dont normally post reviews but this was so terrible, I was so unhappy. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Royal China is better, if you want Chinese..I've had no issues with them so far.

China Garden has always been a favourite of my partner and I. When I moved to the area she recommended me here as I love Asian cuisine. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and bubbly. Always order a Beef Chow Mein from them as it is one of the best I have ever had! The beef is lovely, the noodles are cooked perfectly, all the ingredients compliment each other! So good! My partner loves their Special Chow Mein, always gets that when we go to China Garden. The premises has been undergoing some maintenance, but they still have a good waiting area. Their prawn toast, is also something I highly recommend! If my partner and I want a treat, we always love popping in, plus when she isn't feeling the best, a little under the weather she loves the sweetcorn soup, always makes her feel a little bit better. Really friendly staff, incredible food, massive menu! What more can you ask for! I highly recommend.

I can safely say this is the best Chinese I've had in a long time! As a veggie it's nice to have Tofu options and the salt and chilli Tofu is the bomb, even if you aren't veggie I'd recommend it. Sweet and sour sauce with The egg fried rice, which has good amount of egg and the vegetables chow Mein is so yummy. I've had cravings for this since ❤️

My nan invited us over for a chinese as a nice gesture. It arrived and all was good until i was sat in my nans living room and all of a sudden heard my mum scream 'ouch' at the top of her lungs (thought my nan had given her an uppercut or summin) anyway, turns out it was not my nan giving my mum an uppercut and in fact was a piece of metal that was found in a chip which my mum had bitten down on and broke her tooth. on a positive note my sweet and sour chicken balls were very good. my mums chips on the other hand, not so good. and to top things off my dad was not very happy about it and forgot his key so we were sat outside the house for half an hour awaiting the arrival of my mum who stayed behind to take my nan to lidl. apart from that 10/10.

Absolutely vile place. Completely inedible food sent to us. Phoned to sort the problem and the owner was so rude and wouldn’t sort the problem. Don’t order from them. Over £30 worth of food thrown in the bin and now out of pocket

Ordered our food at 6.55, got told it will arrive at 8 but it arrived at 8.40 with no apology , it was burnt yet cold. The chicken balls were burnt and dry and the crispy beef tasted of vinegar. The chow mein was watery and had a strange taste. I really don't complain usually but i woukd not recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusted with the food and service. DO NOT ORDER !! We ordered crispy aromatic duck pancakes which whilst eating the dry duck I found a large bone and then shards of bone all through the meat and it came with no plum sauce. The crisp chilli chicken had no crisp at all and tasted more like eating phlegm. The Singapore chow mien had congealed flavouring powder through the noodles making it inedible. Egg fried rice... no evidence of egg. The only edible thing was the free prawn crackers! When I rang up to complain and ask for my money back for the inedible food I was told that wasn’t possible and the best they could do was 30% off my next order. I would recommend never to order from China Garden absolutely digusted.
