Always loved this place. It has never changed and that is one thing I love about it.

Loved it, although the crispy lemon chicken was not, it came in a tub in the sauce and was soggy. Sweet and sour came separately and was delicious. Pat Butcher on the till could do with smiling more often. 😁😁😁

Good quality food, but a cash-only policy during a pandemic (let alone during normal times) is unforgivable. Also, their only web presence is a Facebook page, and a pretty basic one at that, and it's not clear which version of the menu is the latest.

Choys is the only Chinese takeaway in Bovey but it's better by a long way than most in bigger nearby towns. Price is what you expect to pay, but the quality and friendly staff make it the place to go. Excellent.

This food here was amazing. Yesterday was the first time we had eaten from here and it was lovely. The kids really enjoyed it too. We will definitely be returning.

There is no masking good food and service, but your smile will need to be covered by a mask to request and receive tbe service. We used the take away service. King prawns, ginger, spring onions with the special fried rice. Enjoy your choice...

Can highly recommend.The food is always excellent, I drive to Choys rather than use my local takeaway.Choys is extremely popular and sometimes this involves waiting.I would rather wait for good quality than compromise with other takeaways.Always friendly and you are made to feel welcome.There is a pub next door so instead of whingeing if there is a delay pop in and have a half. Make it a positive.
