Domino's Pizza in Teignbridge

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Complained and they sent another awful pizza an hour later!

Slow service, sauce unevenly spread over cooked crust ....disappointing. I would go somewhere else in future.

Ordered 2 pizzas one was correct but the second was a double decadence that had no sauce in the crusts so was very dry, phoned up to complain and they said they would remake it if I brought it back, so off I went to have the pizza remade and to their word they did remake it. On getting home to eat the second attempt I was greeted by a half cooked pizza where even the cheese hadn't even melted fully. Will not be going back and wouldn't recommend

The wrong order was delivered. My wife phoned up to complain. The manager(ess), who refused to give her name, threatened to put the phone down on my wife. As a consequence, my wife telephoned head office, it turns out that the franchisee has been complained about before, indeed, they only have a 2.5* rating. I am still waiting for my replacement pizza an hour after the promised delivery. Head office are looking into it.Dr.Philip Walters

The order was completely wrong, and missing some items. The pizza was undercooked and contained the wrong ingredients. A thoroughly horrible experience, which has probably put me off pizza for life. Dreadful.

This place can sometime's be a hit or miss really, as sometime's my pizza is very tasty & other time's it's been bad & had hair in it or they have rushed & thrown pizza in the box. They say they wear hair net's but everytime I pick up they don't they just wear cap's which could be a bit more hygienic

Pizza's are like they normally are but the service was much better than usual, particularly from the delivery rider.

Ordered pizza for my husband's birthday treat, what an absolute disaster.Had to wait over an hour for the pizzas to arrive and when they did they were stone cold, not even luke warm. Phoned to complain and was told that they normally have 9 drivers but tonight they were operating with only 3, they admitted that the pizzas had been sat in a "hot box" for a while. I asked for a refund as feel £24 for two pizzas is a little excessive even when they are delicious and hot but absolutely cannot justify paying that amount for stone cold food. To make matters worse we were asked how much we had eaten (one bite) and told that the food had to be returned in order to receive a refund, so we're made to feel as if we were pulling a fast one. Very poor customer service and generally a very negative experience. The family run local Chinese saved our night, just shows how little the corporate machine actually cares. Will not be using you again Domino's.

The pizza itself would be passable as a freebie. However, it wasn't. It was a long wait and it didn't exactly look as nice as it did on the website. Very overpriced for what it is.

was just delivered this poor excuse of a pizza on the 17/01/17. the corner of the box was seeping with grease. the pizza was so greasy all the toppings, cheese an even the sauce would slide off when picking up a slice. i opted for stuffed crust and i wish i hadn't bothered as the cheese was hardly if not even cooked and the crust was doughy. save your self the time, the money and the disappointment and just go buy a chicago's pizza from Tesco's, it'll be a fraction of the price and 10x the quality of dominos newton abbot.FYI: "Perfectionist" Chris (who made this abomination), needs to be given a dictionary to fully understand what perfectionist actually means
