Awful staff very unhelpful my daughter 6months old had accident she pood everywhere relli runny staff just turned there backs did not offer any towel or mop so I could clean mess up instead they turned there back absolutely disgraceful

Love greggs you can't beat a chicken slice. Hot chocolate and a yum yum 😋

Small branch serving hot and cold snacks, sandwiches and baked goods. Right in the town centre.

Typical town centre Greggs serving breakfast, sandwiches, baguettes and of course their legendary sausage rolls and hot bites, this newish store gives consistently superb customer service, since reopening the indoor and outdoor seating is not available due to covid-19 but the takeaway service is great.

Ordered online for click and the collect but never got my order as they weren't Checking the system. But they gave me 2 free donuts as a sorry! Coffee was piping hot and delicious

Really nice branch of Greggs compared to many other in the area. Best part about this Greggs too is the fact they actually have a dining area. This is amazing if you want to just relax inside. It is always a little busy inside so you always have to expect a little wait to order. You are always greeted with the amazing smell of their amazing pasties and coffee. All the staff I have been served by have been lovely and very helpful. It's always difficult to catch them at the time where they have Vegan Sausage Rolls ready, they go so quick in every Greggs! Though the staff are always very helpful to tell you when they will have some ready so me and my partner always have a little look away the town and pop back. The Vegan Sausage Rolls are much more flavourful than the standard ones in my own opinion that's why I go for than where as my partner is a veggie and adores them! Their coffees are so nicely priced and with a pump of any syrup, its defiantly a delicious coffee! One thing o have noticed it the tables are a little bunched together at times, I don't know if this is customers pushing them, moving and changing the arrangement but for the space given it could be laid out a little better. I have times where a customer behind me would be leaving and my stomach being rammed into the table due to them crushing up behind me. Plus another time watching a disabled customer getting stuck trying to get in to a table space as the bottom end was much narrower. However the staff were quick to the rescue and very helpful to the customer, offering their apologies and sorting it there and then! A free sticky tables at times with a few wrappers and cups left, but to be honest there is always a line so I really understand, plus why doesnt the previous customer bin their own cups and wrappers? The bin is extremely close... Enough of the rant. This has to be the best Greggs in the area and their food is always really nice and warm, not stone cold and soggy. It's very high paced but to be honest it's in the centre so it's completely understandable. I highly recommend a visit and a nice coffee, a cake and a relax!
