Harbour Fish Bar in Teignbridge

They fish and chips are simply delicious. Lovely owners, always friendly and chatty.

We fancied fish and chips. Had a quick scout around and decided to go to harbour. So glad we did. The fish cod and haddock both really tasty, the batter was crisp and light. No real sign of oil at all the boxes were proof of that. Nice sized portion. Also had mushy peas. Had a chat with the owners, interesting people. Would most definitely eat there again when we cone to visit again.

Went in for Haddock and chips twice and then sat in the carpark looking at the sea. The Haddock was freshly cooked and the chips were excellent. Definitely the best chippy in Teignmouth and Dawlish. Will definitely return.

Had 2 cod/chips yesterday lunch, was closing but still put to fresh cod into cook, brought them out to us with forks, even gave us 2 sausages for the dog. Always flavoursome, don't go a anywhere else, travel from Paignton, staff friendly & I am fussy about good food, bit of a foodie, don't hesitate.

I love the food and I love the staff, but they are extremely expensive, I prefer to only use harbour fish bar but I cant afford to that often a two kids meals and haddock and chips and large cod and chips best part of £30, also the fish only seems to come with chips, not fish on it's own, which is a big shame as I prefer fish and peas no chips. Also a big issue the fish has always been very greasy so much so I have to take home put on kitchen roll and remove batter, but that's ok I dont eat batter anyway.
