Stopped off for a quick pint after a long day's walking with our two pointers. Very welcoming lady who we got into a conversation with about dogs. Will see you next year.

What a fantastic find. Had the carvery on a very busy Mothering Sunday. Despite the busyness, the staff were friendly and approachable. The food (14.95 for an adult carvery) was hot, generous portions and very tasty. My daughter said it had the best chocolate fudge cake she'd ever had. Will absolutely be returning for a try on the set menu.

We had our Christmas Dinner here today and it was truly awesome. Nick and the girls worked their little socks off to make sure we had a good time, and the chef was under pressure getting all the plates out on his own. They did a fantastic job, the food was plentiful and delicious. Thank you so much for giving up your Christams day to make ours wonderful. You Rock π€. Happy New year. See you soon. π

We booked a table on Saturday Eve for 4 people, first time we had visited The Hunters Inn after driving past it for 4 years and saying we must stop. Lovely modern restaurant, separate rooms for dinning and we were in back room near kitchen. Very spacious . Good selection of food on menu and specials board. Service was very friendly and attentive. Three of us had the pork loin on Apple mash with seasonal veg, portion size were just right and good value for money. My husband had lasagne which he said was lovely. Lovely Bailey's ice cream cake for dessert and 2 others had sticky toffee pudding. We will definitely be back now we have found this little gem.

Lovely evening enjoying the Hunter's Charity Quiz Night, with great questions set between three lovely courses. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the refurb looks fantastic. Well worth a visit and to stop for a meal and some good old-fashioned hospitality π

We had a really good meal this evening. Food was excellent, staff are very friendly and just the right level of attentiveness. We'll happily eat here again.

We had a quick lunch here after taking a short break from our hike on a glorious sunny day. Outdoor seating was limited in the front of the pub but we were extremely lucky as we got a seat quickly considering that it was really busy. Our orders were taken after waiting for a good 10-15mins as place was busy. We ordered soup and avocado cream cheese vegan sandwich accompanied with some chips. Food was delivered quickly to our tables compared to the wait for our ordersπ. Nevertheless the awesome food made our wait worthwhile. Staff was warm and nice.Overall an awesome lunch in beautiful weather.
