Mcdonalds Restaurants in Teignbridge

We have ate breakfast every week for the last 6months along with occasional lunch. We have had no problems with food and staff are excellent with serving and always helpfulwith any questions . They clean and sweep frequently. Special mention to morning staff and Jodie.

Just been..... worst thing ever supposed to be a big tasty bbq if I hadn't already drove off I'd be throwing it in there faces......

Floor really greasy, danger to anyone standing at the counter. Ordered a Deluxe Veggi Burger. If this was deluxe, god knows how bad the basic version is.Really bad... Harry the boss needs do do something about this.

As someone that is lactose intolerant, I've missed cheeseburgers! So you'd bet I was happy when they introduced vegan cheese for the vegan meal they've added. Figuring they'd be able to give me some vegan cheese in a burger, I was met with "uhh, I'm not sure, let me ask my manager... sorry we aren't allowed to do that".Can someone here explain the logic in this? I mean you're playing upto that stereotype of what a McDonald's workers iq has to be to work there. How hard is it to add vegan cheese to a hamburger. This was through the drive thru so I'm not sure if you're able to on the inshore touch screens and that the staff member and manager weren't clued up on the anew additions.. so I will try again as I'm sure I'm not the only person to have encountered this..

Ordered our food at the till paid for two large cokes only to be given our food and the drinks where forgot about. When we mentioned it they gave us two cans that we paid £1.60 each for that aren’t for resale because they are from a multi pack. We weren’t told prior that we would be getting cans otherwise we wouldn’t pay for large drinks. Wouldn’t go again as the staff where rude.

As usual something was missing from our order but a little late to complain by the time we got home which was very disappointing also not having things on the menu and surprise surprise no milkshakes. Feel more and more that we dont want to go to McGarbage for a CrapDonalds

I'm sitting in a Macdonalds in SW France, my chicken Burger was hot, tuber meat, beautifully fresh and a delight to eat, staff polite, very very clean...But why am I writing this ..because we had the misfortune to get our similar meal from the Newton Abbot branch..it was terrible, chicken like cardboard, cold, chops cold and just bits, lettuce had black spots on it..staff rude, and the place was filthy..never ever would I eat there again..you need to close, employ decent staff, keep the place clean and serve decent food...how sad..take a trip to a macdonals overseas you never see bad food as you serve.serve,they take pride in their job's

Typical McD's fayre. Quick service by friendly staff....particular mention about Susan...she was so welcoming and friendly and absolutely non stop.

Asked for a double bacon cheeseburger; but with no cheese, a simple enough order… what i was given was a double bacon cheeseburger; with no cheese, so far so good - but no double burger…. Literally no meat.Went back in to query what was going on; to be rudely met by the older blonde lady behind the counter that couldn’t seem to figure what the issue was…. Thankfully the duty manager saw what was going on and kindly got the burger remade.Sadly by the time this was all sorted and i’d returned to my vehicle, the rest of my lunch was cold….Very poor effort.

This takes fast food to a new level .. dont click and collect you'll be parked in the bay till next year! U waited over 30 mins for 3 drinks. When I asked where it was I was told will be with me soon.. in the end I went in to collect to be told my order had been cleared down 😒🤨
