My wife a d l dropped in this afternoon- warmly welcomed. A pubs pub. Great beer ,home cooked food very dog friendly, great garden. Its great to go into a pub wher the staff and locals talk to you ,very homely with lots of character. A real gem.

What more is there to say than it's a pub that makes you feel at home - that is, if you come from a dysfunctional family. Proper measures for spirits, good selection on draught, and as dog friendly as they come. Grub's lovely with proper portions, and when the weather's good the garden makes for a cracking afternoon with a glass of something cold.

Brilliant place for a social gathering, Chin wag and a great pint of real ale. Welcome indeed! 🍻

A real traditional country pub Lovely friendly atmosphere and drinks reasonably priced. Its cosy and in a lovely village.

Best pub in the area in my opinion. Great selection of real ales all in top condition at reasonable prices. Lovely beer garden with Boots the friendly Boxer. It'll be my first port of call when this latest lockdown expires!
