Popped in for a warming coffee one cool and damp morning recently. The coffee was excellent and the staff were very friendly but efficient at the same time. The menu looked very appetising so next time we will sample it.

Called in for a lunch on Saturday 7 May. We all had first class meals, served promptly and with first class service. This place does a fabulous range of meals at very good prices, and well worth a visit. We will return next time we visit Dawish now that we have returned to Torquay to live.Thank you and fully recommend.

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Eggs weren't cooked, the white was still snotty. Bacon was very fatty and a bit chewy. Beans were very watery. Sausage not the best, had a weird tang. Very good coffee though and very pleasant service.

Not sure how I haven't written a review for this place already. Me and the family come here all the time. A lovely little cafe providing brilliant food at a small cost. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They do absolutely everything on their menu gluten free, which my partner was very happy about the first time we ate here, as she misses breaded garlic mushrooms. This place is now a regular visit for us to have breakfast, the full breakfast is delicious and amazing value. When we get friends come to visit down here we always bring them here. As long as you give them notice they are very catering for large parties, even though its quite a small cafe. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this lovely cafe, even more so if you are gluten free/coeliac.

Amazing friendly service! Lovely little place to eat and so knowledgable on coeliac, with all precautions taken to ensure no cross contamination. Really enjoyed our breakfast, just gutted we didn’t find out about this place sooner in our holiday as we’d have come for a roast! Thank you so much!

A family run eatery established around 2014. Nicely decorated with local paintings forsale and a railway themed decor. Small model trains are nicely laid out for you to enjoy. A Lovely corner cafe with a fantasticly large menu. Breakfast, burgers, simple sandwiches and much more all made on site.We had two bacon sandwiches and a shared portion of chips. Service was friendly and quick. Prices were very good too.Very recommended.Thankyou. Jon

A lovely independent cafe with a brilliant appreciation of allergens, particularly gluten free dining. All of the menu and specials are GF, which makes a huge difference for my coeliac wife. The food is simple, but really tasty and good value. The service was attentive and friendly. Well worth popping in when you're in the area. Top tip, if you want to have the gluten free freshly cooked donuts, call ahead in the morning to place an order.
