The Ice Cream Parlour in Teignbridge

Best place in town. So many choices at the best priced ice creams in town. Great welcoming staff. Others completely the opposite.

Great ice cream shop. Lots of flavours to choose from and cones etc.No queues and the young lady serving was polite.I will be using this shop from now on.

My children & I visited this place on 14-8-21The young lady (teenager) who served us was very pleasant & helpful. I spent just over £9.00 on 3 nice sized ice-creams. Which were very nice.So nice in fact we decided to visit again on11-8-21The shop was quite busy. I was asked quite abruptly from a woman in her thirties which cone I would I like. I said the third one from the right. She said quite aggressively no you have to choose it from the board above. So I did. She put a small scoop In & handed it to me. I said is that it ? Yes if you want more you’ll have to pay for an extra scoop……My children choose theirs & she was still very rude, then we left. Whoever this woman is, learn some manners…..& learn how to speak to your customers….get some training….There are other ice-cream shops in Dawlish. I suggest you go there.

Visited today, great selection of flavours, very generous portions and the price was great. The staff where taking pride in the ice cream they were selling

Large selection of proper homemade ice cream. Generous servings from friendly staff. The outside of the shop does not do it justice!

Lovely ice cream, I was served by Saffy who was very friendly and talks about Minecraft alot. My dog Winston was very grateful for the leftovers too :)

Not as many flavours as I thought but still a decent selection...very polite lady that served us.Hygiene was very high on staffs priorityWould deffo visit again

The most racist encounter that my husband and I have ever experienced. We are a black couple who went to purchase some ice cream from this parlor, because we heard it was good. The sales assistant turned out to be very rude and condescending. We made a request for two ice creams and she handed one to us. She kept a hold of the other ice cream and told us that we will receive it after we have paid. Prior to this encounter, we observed that other white customers were not subjected to the same humiliating experience. When we tried to point out how differently she treated us, she became incredibly defensive and said "You took it the wrong way. I'm from Manchester so I'm the last person to be racist". We went and spoke to the customers who were served before us who confirmed that they were not treated in the same manner. Let's  keep fighting against discrimination and prejudice.

Amazing friendly service and a huge range of ice creams in all kinds of delicious flavours

Looks ever so slightly tacky from the outside but they had a really good range of interesting flavours and we really enjoyed the three we had. Nice friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
