Oh dear... visited yesterday, looking forward to the children's outside rides and activities. On the website etc it looked brilliant but a huge disappointment awaited us. The whole area was run down, dirty, shabby, rubbish (industrial) left lying about, paint peeling from every building and lots of rides including the play area were shut. Strangely the 3 guys we met running the few things open were funny, friendly and happy to help but the woman in the Arcade and the women serving in the restaurant were not. A friendlier approach would have been appreciated! Upside apart from the three guys were that the restaurant and toilet facilities were clean, the train ride was good and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Downside the penny arcade museum was neither a penny or a museum... 5 old exhibits that did not work but would take your money was annoying as were the newer arcade games in the same building that also took the money but did not work! We did have fun and a laugh on the horse racing game though. We made the best of it and laughed our socks off at myself trying to get into a go-kart slipping and landing with one leg in and one leg sticking out, no ones fault but mine Inside the main shopping area it is clean, tidy and well signed for each department but let down by lots of empty shops outside. Seemed to be a good choice of takeaway food but again let down by the grubbiness. Over lockdown maybe it could have been thoroughly cleaned, power washed, tidied and repainted? It certainly needs it! So there were highlights and fun to be had but hoping if we visit again at Easter it is looking more attractive and clean.

I have never seen such a large retail shop.I've only visited 2 or 3 departments and still managed to have lost the tills... the prices are the same or slightly under those from The Range or B&M but there are lots of items to compare and look at and a friendly staff. There is lot to see and have fun outside with a couple of restaurants and a few peacocks wandering freely.

We went out of season so some activities weren't open or having work done on them and we were adults so didn't mind.Lots of parking. The shops we went in were all good, it's nice for a walk around the place, there are peacocks roaming around and I hand fed some of them, there was also a white peacock, I love peacocks so I really happy. The main shop is massive and sells a massive mixture of different items.

Long time since I've been here. A large shopping area which sells many many products. Toys, clothes, shoes, tools, camping equipment, garden items of many sorts, painting and decorating stuff of all sorts. The list goes on and on. Most items are reasonably priced. Outside there are chic little shops again selling many products. Little food and ice cream and sweets places. Boasts several car parking areas of big sizes. There's also an adventure park area for the family. Go karts, boats, a train which my family and little granddaughter loved. Kids rides some animals and birds to see. Many things. The only downside to this is some were not operating and several were broken. The whole of it looks a bit dated and needs modernising . As it does look a bit dirty and shabby. Shame really because its popular. This place is worth a visit as in sure you would find something to your taste.

Always a fun day out with loads to see and do. They have outdoor play activities, parks, and animals to see. They have a huge shopping centre with everything you could need from the pets section, clothing, homeware, toys and more. They have the trade section too. They have train rides and bakerys. Definitely worth a visit.
